Keegan did great! He was willing to work around the crazy things I had going on and had a great attitude the whole time. Would recommend!

We would absolutely recommend this company for work! They fixed our water heater and installed refrigerated air throughout our home. They were professional, kind, fast and efficient. 10/10

I would not recommend RA Biel based on my experience. I initially called for an estimate and was informed there would be a $145 call-out fee, which I agreed to. I did not approve any additional work beyond this estimate visit. During the first visit, the technician spent about 15 minutes looking at my cooler and thermostat and said they would need to return with a manager. I arranged for my grandmother to be present for the follow-up visit the next day. During that visit, they were at my home for approximately three hours. A significant portion of that time—about an hour—was spent sitting in their van. When I called to ask about this, I was told it was “normal.” During the visit, they also cut into my wall. The next day, I was charged the agreed-upon $145 call-out fee. However, I then received an additional bill for $600 for work that I never completed or approve. To make matters worse, they left my furnace not functioning, and I had to request that they return just to turn it back on. I repeatedly contacted the company over the course of three weeks requesting a callback and did not receive any response for 20 days. When I finally did speak with someone, I was told the charge was justified because they had been at my home for three hours, despite the fact that no work had been authorized or completed. The customer service I experienced was consistently rude and dismissive. I am still left with a hole in my wall and ultimately had to hire another company to complete the work at half the cost. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The service manager was extremely rude to me and I was not met with great customer service.

The worse experience I have ever had in my 67 years in this Earth. My sewage line backed up on Easter Sunday and I scheduled an appointment for Monday. I was cancelled on and then told for an extra $250 plus a $100 dollars an hour they could do it after hours even though they cancelled on me. I finally got an appointment for Wednesday, they showed up and could not find the sewage line being "Plumbers" and all. They offered to put in a sewage line but wait.....they couldn't stick around because they have other appointments. So cancel my original appointment, offer to charge me more, then leave because they are too busy to fix my problem. "Great" company. At least they tore up my yard, see pictures below. This cost me $150.
