- MSMatthew SteeleMay 23, 20265.0Mr. Bassett and his assistant Kenny were very prompt when I called for a pump out and tank clean. Upon arrival, Mr. Bassett quickly observed that my drain field was not working as intended. After clearing the tank, we found the problem to be much worse than I had anticipated earlier that day. What I appreciate most is Mr. Bassett’s willingness to explain the issue thoroughly and offer suggestions that solve the problem rather than mask it. After reading a few negative reviews, I suspect that some folks might not be willing to accept that their system is either failing do to its age, or in my case a fully inspected and poorly installed system done by a competitor. If you appreciate a company that offers a comprehensive review of your system and permanent fixes, consider giving E.C. Bassett Construction a call.
