I had a 3-4 year AC unit still under manufacturer warranty that I asked about and was told by the technician you guys “don’t deal with that.” I was charged $540 ($150 for 2 hours of labor and $350 for parts + tax). A great company would have helped obtain the part under warranty when asked. I understand not doing it after the repairs are completed but I specifically asked about it before any work was done. It also looks like I was charged an extra hour of labor because “it was too cold” when the technician came out initially. But you guys were responsive initially and got the job done so thank you.
