  I.T.S. will go above and beyond your expectations. Jeff and his crew are respectful, kind and very knowledgeable. They worked diligently to ensure our unit was in proper working order, walked us through the process of getting the new unit. They're professionalism and craftsmanship were impeccable. We would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get a new unit or if you are having some heating and cooling issues. Very punctual and efficient!

  It's been 5 years since my AC was updated. It's worked amazingly. This company is well worth the money. Great people to work with.

  Not bad, not great. I had a 3-4 year AC unit still under manufacturer warranty that I asked about and was told by the technician you guys “don’t deal with that.” I was charged $540 ($150 for 2 hours of labor and $350 for parts + tax). A great company would have helped obtain the part under warranty when asked. I understand not doing it after the repairs are completed but I specifically asked about it before any work was done. It also looks like I was charged an extra hour of labor because “it was too cold” when the technician came out initially. But you guys were responsive initially and got the job done so thank you.

  I have tried working with this business off and on for over a year, and have never once had a good experience. The owner is incredibly unprofessional, almost to the point of being disrespectful. Their work quality is sub par, multiple parts have failed in the first year, and they are impossible to contact or schedule. There is no semblance of customer service or pride in their work. I’ll take my future projects elsewhere, good riddance.
