- MMMark1 day ago5.0We had 8 good sized windows replaced and they were done within 3 hours. Alex and crew were courteous and did a good job of cleaning up the job site. My only complaint is that we have a small pond with fish and wished we had covered it before the demolition. I opted for the additional UV coating and I’m really pleased with the results! We need more windows replaced and I’ll definitely be calling Window World!

I had all new windows in my home installed about 13 years ago, from window world, they have held up well with only very minor issues that have been covered under their warranty. I recently had to put in a warranty claim, Kevin came out to replace a pane of glass. Kevin was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, he was completed in about 15 minutes. He even inspected other windows in my home that I had minor concerns on also and gave advise and knowledge on! Kudos!

They kept me informed about what they were doing. They were patient with me when I was asking questions about the installation. I kept going to the window that they were installing and asked lots of questions. They happily answered all of them I highly recommend Window World for there professionalism and reasonable prices
- EDElias Davila3 days ago4.0Roman and Isaac were on time polite and mindful of their mess and they somehow completed their job of 10 windows in one day! But the windows that they installed had various sized scratches on them from shipping or moving around not sure when it happened but Roman said he will put a service request to fix the glass no harm no foul. Over all these windows have rejuvenated our old home and these windows have freshened up the home 1000x fold. If youre on the fence of purchasing windows dont be they're worth it

Lewis was helpful and low pressure in the consultation. He was honest and didn't push me to get things I didn't need. Alex Gonzalez and his team did a great job on installation. Their work was high quality and professional. I was impressed when they went the extra mile to custom fit the molding for my sliding door. They were clean and courteous. Window World wasn't the cheapest option, but I think I got the best value.

Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.

After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.
