  I’ve known Lewis Dotson (Lou) since 2018. He helped my wife and I get the best products for our situation when he still worked for another company. We’ve stayed in touch through the years because he truly puts his customers first. He is a straight shooter who explains the choices simply and makes sure there are no surprises. My wife and I sat down for coffee with him again last month so I know he is still “true blue” Lou. You’re going to love working with him. I know we did!

  If I could give Lou Dodson and Window World of Albuquerque more than 5 stars, I would! Lou is a straight-shooter who is honest, trustworthy, and reliable—qualities that are hard to find these days. I worked with Lou on the stucco and architectural brick side of the business, and he was outstanding from beginning to end. He took the time to answer my questions, explained my options clearly, and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. His knowledge and professionalism gave me complete confidence throughout the process.   We got multiple quotes for windows in our house, including big name window companies, and Window World was half the cost of both Pella and Anderson. Manny and Jose did a beautiful job installing the windows, they were so kind and courteous, and they cleaned everything up after the install. Well done team and thank you so much! I could immediately tell the difference in how hard my AC was working and the temperature of the house upstairs.

  Our experience with Window World was great from the time Chris came to provide the estimate through the day that James and Jesus installed our 5 windows and 1 sliding door. Everything went smoothly. We were kept informed of the timeline and what to expect next every step of the way. James and Jesus did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. While they were installing, David, the General Manager, stopped by to make sure things were moving along and answered a couple of questions we had. Our windows are beautiful, and one thing we noticed the first night?? It was QUIET in our bedroom. No outside noise from a fairly busy street behind our home. We are still amazed at the difference. In addition, our rooms with south and west facing windows are much much cooler! We definitely recommend Window World to anyone considering new windows and doors.

  We recently had Kevin Engler provide service at our home for several window issues, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. Kevin took the time to carefully inspect the windows, explain what was going on, and outline the best way to address the problems. The service was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail, and everything is now working as it should. He worked cleanly, was respectful of our home, and made sure everything was tidied up before he left. We really appreciated his reliability and the quality of his work. Overall, we’re very satisfied with Kevin’s service and would gladly recommend him to anyone needing dependable window work.
