Our experience from start to finish was seamless. The windows were ordered, delivered and installed in as quoted. The best part is the install was quoted to take 2 days, the morning of install 4 wonderful installers were sent. They not only installed all 10 windows in 1 day the were also done by 2:30. They also cleaned up after themselves and didnt leave a speck of trash or dust behind. I would recommend them to anyone. The windows are of great quality and work very smoothly.

The contractors they hired were professional and did a phenomenal job. The Window World office often seemed confused and constantly handed me off to different people. They were mostly nice, but sometimes I wouldn't get a call back and I would have to keep calling until I got a response. Usually who I was talking too would tell me that I needed someone in a different department. It was a long process and seemed like such a hassle to deal with this company. Not getting called back got really old, really quick. I will say, that they were quick to call me when they needed to get paid lol. I would not recommend this business to anyone else. :(

The crew arrived around 9am, well within the 2 hour window. They were polite, working the entire time. I believe the only break they took was when we offered them watermelon. It seems the project took much longer than they anticipated. We think there was an issue with the original measurements so the new windows weren’t going in very easily. We were going to order pizza for them but at that time Alex thought they were just about finished. Turns out we probably should’ve fed them. Does Window World not allow the crews to eat lunch? They cleaned up any trash and took the old ratty windows with them. Alex let us know when they were done, had us look things over, answered any questions we may have had.
A couple things worth mentioning that aren’t necessarily a reflection of the crew but of Window World’s policies. The tarp used on the roof to catch broken glass/frames etc) was plastic which seems slippery and potentially unsafe. There didn’t seem to be any eye protection used, not even when they were sawing through stucco and cutting around the window frames. These were just observations as a customer.
All things considered, the process was fairly smooth, from the consultation to the install. Though, we were told one thing during our consult appointment but then learned it wasn’t true. Not cool. Wait time for windows to be built was less than originally anticipated, which was nice. Happy to have the new windows in place. It’ll be a much more enjoyable space going forward.

Did a GREAT job for me. 13 windows (3 of them were huge!) and two new sliding glass doors. They were very conscientious and cleaned up after themselves. I did have one little issue with a blind but Brian went above and beyond to take care of it. Highly recommended!
