- EDEsperanza DelgadoJul 18, 20261.0Being on the 3rd floor, unsafe stairways. How can emts respond to calls for help. 5 days now waiting for elevator repairs. This is unacceptable ! I feel like a prisoner. We shouldn't have to put up with this.
- BKBrooke KearneyJul 10, 20261.0Absolutely terrible service. Our elevator has been out of service for 13 days, and despite countless phone calls, we still can’t get anyone to show up. Customer service told us they have only one technician covering all of Albuquerque, which explains why their response times are completely unacceptable. Meanwhile, they’re happy to bill customers every month while failing to provide the level of service they’re being paid to provide. An elevator company that can’t respond to service calls or adequately staff its service area has no business taking on more clients. If your company cannot provide reliable service, then stop signing new contracts or shut your doors and let reputable elevator companies take over. Property owners and tenants deserve far better than excuses, unanswered phone calls, and weeks without a working elevator.

Our service provider moved and we had difficulty finding a new provider in our area, and we have not been able to open the elevator for weeks. We called Thyssen for help, and they were dismissive and not helpful at all. Why sell elevators to people in areas where service is difficult? Why install home elevators that get stuck almost overtime the electricity goes out? I have a disability and it is a problem, when this elevator gets stuck.
