  Territorial Roofing (Albuquerque) did a wonderful job for me in 2 looong days of work on my large roof, which included removing four 40+ year's old solar panels and plugging the holes! Their 7 to 9 man crew went from 7:25AM til after 6PM to get it done, and they were great...removed a double shingled roof over 40 years old, and it was a ton of debris!!! Very, very pleased! Joe D.

  We highly recommend Territorial Roofing. We had much-needed re-roofing done for about 25% of our total roof, all skylights replaced and general maintenance work done for the remaining 75% of the roof. The process was efficient and easy from the first call to schedule an estimate. Scheduling was easy and when the work started, the crew worked all day for several days to complete our work without delays. The crew noticed some additional skylight-related work while doing the scheduled work, suggested that we consider the added work and we decided to proceed with that for the very reasonable additional charges. The charges were exactly as promised and the crew cleaned the grounds around the perimeter of our house, making sure they took away anything that had fallen to the ground while they worked. This is a great, locally owned (into the second generation) business and we suggest that all New Mexicans with roofing needs consider Territorial Roofing!

  I had my tar and gravel roof replaced several weeks ago. I was stressed because it's expensive and a big deal. After several estimates (and talking to a neighbor who used Territorial Roofing) I was glad I chose them. David was great to work with, as was his crew. The crew foreman kept me informed daily about the progress and unfortunately, some problems we didn't know we had. I went up on the roof with the crew to see the situation and yikes. However, they explained how they would fix my roof and make it solid. They cleaned up every day and made sure the site was totally cleaned up at the end of the job. I feel VERY confident about the quality and longevity of our roof now. Plus there is a transferable 5 year warranty and they will come every 4-6 months to check and touch up any parts as needed. Super pleased! And highly recommend!

  This company was honest straightforward and kept their word. Can ask for more than that. The quality of the work was good and the transaction was stress-free.
