  Territorial Roofing replaced my roof this fall. They were very, quick at responding to me. And helping me understand what needed to be done The crew did a fantastic job of keeping the yard clean, and picked up. The best part was the price they were less expensive than all of the contractors, for the same roofing products. The job was done on time and Rip Dury was there every day checking on progress. A true professional. I highly recommend them.

  Territorial was recommended to us by another roofing company because they did not install tar and gravel roofs. We were very happy we went with Territorial. Rip was friendly and professional and his team did an excellent job considering we had a lot of challenges with gas lines and electrical lines that had to be removed and reinstalled during the process. I'd highly recommend them to others.

  I bought a house in August 2021, and when the monsoon rains started in June 2022, I discovered that I had leaks above our newly remodeled kitchen. I called several roofers, and decided to go with Territorial for replacement of the roof section and replacement of the skylight domes. David was very responsive, came out several times and worked with me on my timetable. My skylight domes was on back order, but since I was seeing water infiltration, he had his crew come out once to replace the roof, and again in a few weeks when the skylight domes came in. All of the workers were very professional and kept us informed during the job. Would definitely use them again!
