  Gabe Santillan, Sales Rep came to give us a quote for our shower/bath remodel. He is a top notch representative for Statewide. If we were financially able to afford this project, I would have signed on the dotted line. His knowledge and presentation were outstanding. He was very courteous, respectful and friendly. I was devastated that I was not able to proceed with this job. He worked hard to get us the best price he could that would work for us. Unfortunately, we could not seal the deal mostly for his sake! I felt terrible that I couldn't give him the sale as diligent and kind as he was. 🥲

  These individuals scammed my elderly grandmother out of $3,000. A salesman named Gabe came to her home to provide what she believed was an estimate, but he never gave her copies of any documents she signed. She was under the impression that she was simply acknowledging the estimate. To her surprise, she later discovered that a loan had been taken out in her name without her fully understanding what she had agreed to. The entire situation was deceptive and deeply concerning. Now we can’t even get a hold of anyone. We spoke to Gabe a few days ago and he got very agitated on the phone call. Gabe swindled my grandma and no work has been done to her house and now she’s out $3,000.
