  Very professional team that came out. They took measures to keep flooding clean and asked permission to move items that were breakable and cleaned up after they finished.

  These individuals scammed my elderly grandmother out of $3,000. A salesman named Gabe came to her home to provide what she believed was an estimate, but he never gave her copies of any documents she signed. She was under the impression that she was simply acknowledging the estimate. To her surprise, she later discovered that a loan had been taken out in her name without her fully understanding what she had agreed to. The entire situation was deceptive and deeply concerning. Now we can’t even get a hold of anyone. We spoke to Gabe a few days ago and he got very agitated on the phone call. Gabe swindled my grandma and no work has been done to her house and now she’s out $3,000.

  The Windows are adequate. The installation crew was less than adequate. They installed the windows and put this slap stick trim on to think it Was going to be final, however it was not acceptable to me. They hired a stucco crew that came about a week later and did a Nice job finishing the windows and stucco, which was great. However, today I had one of the stucco crew come back by my house and wanted to know where his money was. So after a brief discussion, I explained to him that I hired statewide and they were the ones that were supposed to pay him. All in all I don’t think their customer support is great. I called the main number At least five times Quite frankly, never got a response. Think twice before you buy from Statewide Remodeling windows
