  Excellent what a great insulation crew. So professional so kind. Everything ran smoothly, the windows are beautiful. Everything cleaned up better than when they arrived. Can't wait to have the rest of the home done. Will advise all our friends and family to use Solar Works. Thank you for being so professional and kind.

  Epex replaced all the windows in our house. Their professionalism and skills were unmatched. They had all 11 windows installed and everything cleaned up in 2 days and they were working around another crew that was working on our a/c and furnace. I will definitely be recommending to anyone who is looking to get their windows done. And the price was very reasonable.

  Solar Works installed our solar panels last year. All members of the team from consultation/sales to final install were caring and professional. I particularly would like to add a special recignization for Jennifer in Customer Experience area. She was very helpful when getting the information submitted for our tax credit after the install. Additionally I have contacted her a number of times over the year to get receipts, and to ask questions, and most recently to help diagnose problems I was having with the Solar Edge app. Jennifer is always pleasant and always willing to assist, or to find the correct person to address any questions or concerns.

  We recently had over 20 windows and a large double sliding glass door replaced by Solar Works, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was professional and seamless. One thing we especially appreciated was Solar Works' flexibility in coordinating the timing of our project. We were also replacing the stucco on our home, and the team worked with us to ensure the windows were installed before the stucco work began. This thoughtful planning helped us avoid having to rework or repair newly completed stucco and made the entire renovation process much smoother. The installation crew worked diligently, was respectful of our home, and kept the work areas remarkably clean throughout the project. Despite the size of the job, they completed the replacement of every window in our house and the large sliding glass door in just 2.5 days. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the transformation to our home is incredible. It's clear that the team takes pride in their work and pays attention to the details. What really stood out was the level of customer service after the installation was complete. Philip and Mitchel were kind enough to stop by the very next day to walk us through the proper maintenance and cleaning of our new windows and sliding doors. Taking that extra time to ensure we knew how to care for our investment was greatly appreciated and speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. We are more than thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Solar Works to anyone considering new windows or doors.
