Their quote wasn’t the cheapest, but they explained the warranty coverage clearly and answered technical questions confidently. The installers arrived on schedule both days and completed the work without leaving a mess behind.

  Jennifer was extremely helpful in resolving my issue of reconnecting to the app to monitor my solar. Solar Works Energy has been wonderful and I have used them twice over the last couple of years. I highly recommend them.

  Great service and timely with the installation. Jennifer Atkinson was very prompt with any questions and concern when asked. Customer experience team was very helpful and followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly.

  I hired Solar Works to re-do the stucco exterior on my house after a sales representative rang my doorbell. So far, the experience has not been smooth. The first stage was done quickly and very well by a hard working team. They were careful about my yard and their clean-up after working was perfect. That said, the next stages of applying the actual stucco and repainting the house have stalled out for reasons I can't understand. I have had problems getting my phone calls returned by the sales manager who initially got me signed up and there has been no work for a week on my house. Thanks to Nanette, I THINK that we are back on track. She both answers her phone and returns calls and does all she can to be helpful. As a 77 year old widow, I really appreciate companies that are responsive and reliable. Hopefully, both of those qualities will be apparent in both the upcoming stucco application and the painting of my house as we are almost two weeks out and there is much left to do.

  I just wanted to say how much I love my new windows! This is a project I had been wanting to do for a number of years. Andreas was amazing with his knowledge of your products, and presented all of the financing options available to me. He was so patient in helping me determine the best option for me. The day of installation he came by twice to insure things were going as expected. The whole process of ordering, financing, and scheduling installation was followed through seamlessly. All of the staff involved kept me in the loop and were so professional and courteous. Im very pleased.
