  ​Dangerous and Reckless Driving – Major Safety Hazard ​I am writing this to publicly report an incredibly dangerous incident involving a Road Runner Ready Mix company vehicle today, July 1st, at approximately 3:15 PM. ​While I was merging onto Paseo, a driver in a white Ford pickup truck clearly labeled with the Road Runner Ready Mix logo aggressively cut me over and actively tried to run me off the road. Apparently, this driver desperately needs to take a defensive driving course and learn how a zipper merge works. Instead of respecting the right to merge and allowing traffic to flow safely, they chose to drive with hostile, reckless aggression that easily could have caused a severe collision. ​If this is how this company's employees operate vehicles on public roads, it shows a complete disregard for traffic laws and basic safety standards. It is entirely unacceptable behavior. Management needs to look at their vehicle logs, identify who was operating that white Ford pickup on Paseo at 3:15 PM today, and address this immediate safety threat. Local drivers, be extremely cautious around their vehicles.

  Roadrunner knows customer service care and support. I placed an order with Duke City concrete and they left me in a bind on a Saturday. I called roadrunner and spoke to a very nice young man and let him know the situation. He emphasized with me and said they would be more than happy to help. I am so very thankful for him being able to pull it off for me, this means so much to me. Customer service has been lost in so many businesses, however I can truly say that roadrunner still has great customer service and support. Thank you and congratulations on splendor customer service!

  A neighbor of mine was having his new home concrete slab poured, and Roadrunner concrete trucks were delivering the concrete. One of the trucks lost direction and backed into my driveway to turn around and crushed my driveway culvert on one end. Photos are attached. A police report was made. After multiple attempts (phone calls and emails to office management) asking Roadrunner concrete company to take responsibility and make this right, they are unwilling to resolve the damage a driver and truck of theirs caused to my driveway culvert. I am sharing so that the public knows how this company so far has refused to take responsibility and right the damage they caused, and to consider other more reputable concrete businesses and not this unethical business.

  poured about 8.5 yards of concrete. They were very professional and the price was good. They showed up on time to deliver the concrete.
