  Julian, Harrison and crew did a first class job on installing this new Bosch Mini-Split Invertor AC /Heater in our house! Paid a tiny bit more for the cement pad that Harrison made for it. So much better than sitting on packed dirt! Julian went out of his way to get ahold of me while I was shopping for a system to let me know that there were two PNM rebates available - I got one, saved $865.! Wow, doesn't get any better! Now when my neighbors burn leaves and trash, the swamp cooler won't be blowing smoke in the house. So happy we got this system, nice clean air. I highly recommend Julian with Reliable, he is a local New Mexican, the kind of person you welcome into your home to do this. So very pleased! Cool, dry air. Looking forward to winter where it probably replace our pellet stove.

  Unfortunately reliable wasn't my experience. Reached out to get estimate on replacing furnace, Julian said he could come out Thursday afternoon, I replied great I then asked what time Thursday afternoon, no reply, asked a second time no reply. If Julian was too busy, he should have said so, instead of leaving me hanging, I would have understood.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jules, William, and the rest of the team are super professional! I love this company and always make them my go to for HVAC service. They’re never overpriced, and they always fix the problem the same day. Thank you guys so much!!! They’re extremely prompt, courteous, and provide top notch customer service. My heat only came on periodically, but now after a board replacement, I’m getting continual heating--yay! They also replaced my HVAC ac drain, added a pee trap to the drain line, and put in extra blocks to keep the drain line from sagging. I’ve had my HVAC for 25 years and am not ready to buy a new one, so I’m so happy they were able to fix it. 10/10 would recommend!
