  I scheduled a free estimate for a total roof replacement. I was less than impressed with their high pressure sales tactics when I told the sales guy at the beginning of the conversation I wasn’t ready to commit and just needed an estimate to start saving. He not only stayed for an hour and a half trying to sell me on this project, but jumped on a video call with their manager while I was there to “give me the best price possible”. I don’t appreciate being hustled like that when I made it clear I could not afford the project at that time. They also quoted over double what many other reputable companies quoted me and I wound up paying far less with a different company. Google what to look out for when choosing a roofing company, high pressure sales and bargaining like this are huge red flags. Needless to say, when it came down to selecting a roofing company for my house, I did not choose them and I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done with this other company when I was told the quality wouldn’t be there.

  Wednesday, September 23, 24 hours of nonstop rain in Peralta as I sit here, listening to the rain in my porch and, not one leak because of the exceptional job done by Premier Roofing. My name is Billy Gurule and I needed to repair my 18 year-old TPO flat roof and had an excellent experience with Premier starting with meeting Eddie who worked up a quote and working with Javier and Josh whom are all exceptional professionals. I know I could’ve paid less but I wasn’t going to sacrifice quality. I got a 20 year guarantee in the work on my roof and I am pretty damn sure it will last more than that. I appreciate these guys working hard around last weeks monsoon rains, my roof is complicated with several different sections over 2,400 square feet but those guys knocked it out. Thank you Eddie, Javier, and Josh, I will be calling you soon for the pitched portion.

  I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I paid to have my roof maintained/repaired on February 25, 2026, specifically because of an issue in this area. Now, approximately seven months later, I have a leak in the exact same spot and there is now mildew showing in that same area. At this point, I have serious concerns about whether the original repair was properly completed. If the same area is leaking again and mildew has developed, I expected the company to at least stand behind the work and take the issue seriously. Instead, I was told there is no warranty by, Javier. He also took it upon himself to send a text message. I paid for this repair expecting the problem to be addressed, not to be dealing with the same leak and additional damage months later. Very disappointed with the workmanship and the lack of accountability. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

  I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Premium Roofing Company, especially Cyrus. I called because I’m dealing with two leaks in my home after all of this rain, and honestly, it has been a pretty miserable week. Nobody is in a great mood when they’re calling a roofing company because water is coming into their house. I was stressed, frustrated, and expecting the process to feel overwhelming. Then I spoke with Cyrus, and he completely changed the tone of my day. He was phenomenal. He was kind, patient, and genuinely reassuring, and he took the time to explain exactly what was going to happen and what I could expect. He never made me feel rushed or like I was just another service call. By the end of the conversation, something that had felt really stressful suddenly felt manageable. They’re also able to come out much sooner than I expected, which was such a relief. Good customer service gets talked about a lot, but this was the kind that actually makes a difference when someone is already having a bad day. Cyrus was a bright spot in a very frustrating situation, and I’m genuinely grateful for the way he handled my call. If the rest of the Premium Roofing experience is anything like my first interaction with Cyrus, I feel like I’m in very good hands. Thank you, Cyrus, for making a stressful situation feel a whole lot easier. ❤️ ( I will update after service.)
