  My tiled roof was leaking so I called Premium and they had an estimator out the next day and then the roofing crew was here the following day and re-roofed half of my house in one day. The project manager, Josh, was very knowledgeable and reassuring about the work that needed to be done. The crew was outstanding, working in the heat all day. I appreciate all that they did.

  We were blindsided when we found out a major section of our roof was compromised. We chose Premium Roofing from their positive reviews, and we are certainly glad we did. Josh and his crew worked steadily and efficiently in 100 degree heat. They communicated well, and the sent pictures of the work in progress.They used the best materials, and the finished product is first rate. Most impressive was the fact that their clean up at the end of the job left the property spotless. Good work! My wife and I are happy to recommend Premium.

  I dealt with incompetent work and water leaks on a styrofoam roof installation eight years ago and a miserable owner who doesn't honor his roof warranties. I knew this was not the roof material for me and came to realize what I really wanted was a TPO roof surface for my flat roof. While it was not cheap, I'll just recall the old saying 'you get what you pay for.' I have nothing but outstanding things to say about Premium Roofing in Albuquerque. They are so refreshingly responsive to the client, following up or calling back in the same day with updates and/or information. The roof installers were incredible; I've never seen a group work so hard and effectively. Josh, the project manager, was available to me 24/7 and the whole roof replacement was completed in four days! I can't tell you the relief and reassurance I feel now with this new roof, and if I ever do have a problem, I have no doubt, whatsoever, these employees will be right there for me in an instant. They say what they mean and they mean what they say. Hightly, highly recommend this business for all your roofing needs.

  We have a localized leak so called this company to take a look and hopefully repair the problem with no intention of purchasing a new roof. A roofing salesman came over, spent 2.5 hours at our house using high pressure sales tactics to try to get us to spend $100,000 on a new roof. We could not commit to that right away so we had another company come and inspect and give us a quote. Turns out our roof is fine and we just need a repair where the leak is happening and in fact, it’s not even the roof, it’s the stucco and windows causing the problem. Very disappointed in the approach from this company and the price was outrageous. Not to mention we don’t even need a new roof yet.

  Despite challenges- rain, rain, rain- I'm so happy to have a new TPO roof installed by Premium Roofing. These guys work in 90-plus degree heat with no complaints, are responsive to customer questions and requests, and are always polite and thorough with task completion. Project leader Joshua is calm in the face of challenges and gets the job done when having to deal with numerous varied workers for the same job. Overall, I'd say job well done!
