  We had Premium Roofing do part of our old roof 8 months ago. We selling our house and the buyer's have some roof concerns. Manny came out on a Saturday, did an inspection and fixed the minor repairs at No Charge! We love this company, especially Manny and would recommend them to everyone! Thank you Premium Roofing!

  The estimator came by. Really nice guy named Manny. He got on my roof and measured all angles. Then we sat and talked, he's a very personable man. He gave me a quote on a finance of one year is as good as cash, while I pay $286.00 a month. We agreed, and they sent a big crew to install my new roof. They did a fine job, but there was a exhaust vent from my bathroom that was coming out at a 45° angle. I called and the fixed it. Now I have to deal with the finance company. At this point, premier is not at all helpful. As it turns out, the actual finance charges for the one year is $586.00, not the $286.00 I was originally quoted. I actually liked the salesman, Manny. I'm not destitute, so I didn't raise hell. They offered me a hamburger from Laguna burger and to this day, they are too busy to pay up. I could have really stuck it to them, but karma is watching.

  I had an excellent experience with Premium Roofing. Eddie was outstanding throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, responded quickly to all of my questions, and helped me every step of the way from the initial inspection until the project was completed. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The roofing crew did a great job, and I am very happy with the final result. I highly recommend Premium Roofing, especially Eddie, to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofing company

  Easy, quick scheduling for a general roof inspection and evaluation of loose tiles. Manny from Premium Roofing was right on time and was a complete professional. Very impressed with his polite demeanor and thoroughness when it came to his inspection of our roof. He took a video of the roof and walked me through every aspect of what he found in a detailed manner. He went above and beyond a general inspection of a roof and was a great example of someone who has integrity and a strong work ethic. We’ll be using Premium Roofing for any roofing needs we have in the future.

  Look no further. You will be happy with the professionalism, communication and workmanship from Premium Roofing. We were experiencing leaks inside our home with our previous tile roof. We requested and received multiple quotes (for fixing the areas of damage, replacing underlayment and reusing our old tiles or switching to a metal roof). The cost for metal roof was very reasonable and they did offer financing options so we selected this option. We opted for the Charcoal Gray color and it came out beautiful! During installation, we received frequent updates and multiple pictures throughout the whole process. The crew was very professional, gave me updates, and left our home clean after their work was complete. We had worked with previous roofing companies attempting to fix our leaks and issue was unresolved until Premium Roofing came to diagnose issue and actually do the work right. We are very very happy with their work.
