They just finished my second bathroom and it looks fantastic. Many on the spot modifications to make things come together and they took it in stride. Outstanding.

I would not recommend using A Padilla Marble at all! The first time we went in they were closing early so you could tell they really didn't want to help us; but reluctantly did. They answered a few questions but proceeded to turn off the lights, get their belongings and basically run us out because they were closing 2 hours early. I had a very negative first impression but decided to go back because their prices were very reasonable and they had told us that estimates were free of charge. Well, when we went back the second time to pick colors etc., same thing, Anthony (the owner) was in such a rush that he really didn't have time to talk to us so we dealt with Dina (the office admin). She was very helpful (in fact, more helpful than Anthony), she even expressed her frustration with him on more than one occasion often rolling her eyes when he talked. Seemed very unprofessional at the time but we kind of just brushed it off. She then told us that for Anthony to come to the estimate that it would be $75. Ok, no problem. The next week before Anthony came out he called and told me that it would instead be $250 trip fee because he had to make 1 trip to measure and 1 trip to install. I said ok, so $250 each, or for both. He said it would be for both so I agreed. When he came to measure, he was there for less than 20 minutes and again acted as though his time was more important than mine. He also spoke negatively of Dina during this time.... not a very professional way to run a business! He then told me Dina would call with an estimate the next day and then we could pick up the bathtub if we wanted. I said no, I would prefer you to bring it when you install as it will be quite heavy. He seems very bugged with my response. Well, the next day I recieved a text from Dina with my quote. Guess what? Trip charge was now $500! I called and Dina told me she had no idea why he charged that much because she really thought it would only be the $75 but she would have him call me. When Anthony called me back, you could tell he was short and didn't really care to discuss it. I simply asked why the trip charge had doubled from the day before and he replied, "that's the price, if you don't like it. You are more than welcome to go somewhere else". Normally, I would have hung up then but like I said, their prices for the marble were the cheapest I had found so we discussed it for a few more minutes as Anthony became more and more arrogant. He finally told me, "I just really dont even want your job and I'm not going to waste another minute of my time dealing with you", then he hung up in my face. I now know why their prices were cheaper, you get what you pay for I guess! Poor customer service and lack of professionalism is definitely at the top of their list. So, if you are considering using them like me, because they are more reasonable, save yourself time and don't bother! I have never been treated so badly by a company in my life!

Frequently Asked Questions About Padilla Marble

How do I care or maintain cultured marble?

Caring for cultured marble is straightforward. Regular cleaning with a gentle, non-abrasive cleaner and soft cloth is recommended. It's best to avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers as they may damage the surface. To enhance the shine, you can apply a specialized cultured marble polish. While resealing isn't necessary, keeping the surface dry helps prevent water spots from forming.

How should I prepare for installation?

Preparation for installation is minimal on your part. Our team handles the majority of the work, including tear-out services, measurements, preparation, and cleanup. Your main task is to ensure the area is clear and accessible for our installers to work efficiently.
