  Service Provided. Complete AC/Furnace Combo installation. First, outstanding website. Was transparent by actually listing starting cost of Carrier models. The website was thorough and very informative. Best Website when researching HVAC companies. Next, Gerald, owner. Came out and evaluated my situation with my old 13yr old AC/Furnace units. Did not try to upsell or state that the closet where my furnace was would be an issue. Took the time and was confident about what it would take to install and work with the space given. Appreciated the transparency and information Gerald provided. Next, the crew. Javier, Robert, Ignacio, and a 4th person i did not get the name of that came on the first day. They worked straight through to get our AC installed and operational on the first day. They knew we were without AC for a while and wanted to ensure that the AC was on before they left. This is 0900-1800. Outstanding crew. Next day was finalizing install and venting. Javier and Ignacio came and finished the job without issues. They worked straight through without taking a lunch break. Took out the old venting system and installed the new system for the 96% AFUE furnace and even put the water heater on a separate venting outlet. Yeoman's work. Summary: Gerald and wife have an excellent company from providing a website that is transparent and informative, estimate visit/evaluation, to the crew the company sent out. The crew even solicited questions to ask before, during and after the installation process. Honesty, transparency, hard working. What else can I say. I am truly satisfied with the work from cradle to grave. Thank you.

  I had had a very positive experience with MGP Mechanical regarding repair of my Navien tankless water heater. My water filtration system was also in need of repair/update -so I chose them again. MGP was up front in discussing my options and the new system they proposed was reasonably priced and looks to be easy to maintain. The installation was very efficient and all their work was well explained.

  All of the technicians that we have had are awesome! They are courteous, caring, and try to solve all of our problems quickly and efficiently! The office staff that answers the phone are great! Thank you!

  I had MGP come out for an estimate to upgrade my current system. Gerald spent close to an hour answering my many questions and providing me different options at different price points. He explained their pricing model is itemized and transparent which built trust with me immediately. Later that evening I decided I wanted a second opinion my current systems performance and they had some Dennis out the next day. My remote no longer controls the fan speed and he was able to manually adjust it, which really helped. Great company.
