  They won't give you what you pay for, then they don't want to refund your money. We purchased flooring, paid for it, confirmed it was ready to pick up - our contractor drove down to pick up, then when he arrived at their facility in ABQ the folks at Lumber Liquidators informed us it was on back order (could have said something when we ordered, when we called, etc). Then, as an offer to make it better, they wanted to have us pay $1.74k more to get the wood we'd already paid for and paid someone to drive down and pick up. They said they'd waive a fee, (a fee which we didn't have to pay on our first order). When I called out that they're charging us more and waving a fee we shouldn't have to pay, Cory said, it's "the best we can do." Then they almost refused to refund us - They should have done it when they failed to fulfil the order - but when my wife called, instead of saying, "Cool, we'll cancel the order" it took my wife (I think four, but maybe three) calls to get a refund - on the last one they kept her on the phone for about a half hour- Said they'd refund the money, at the time of this writing, I have not received confirmation that our money has been refunded yet. I grew up going to Lumber Liquidators with my dad- think of that fondly - it's terrible to see them go this far downhill.

  LL in ABQ has over $6500 of my materials sitting in their warehouse and have been unable to deliver for almost two weeks. Twice I have been told the delivery was scheduled ,today being told it was out or delivery. The store location has closed "temporarily" the phone is not connecting and no one answers. What the hell is wrong with these people. they think its ok to take money for product and not deliver it. That is called fraud.

  Moe is excellent at her job. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. She truly cares and listens to my needs and wants for flooring. She went above and beyond to help me.

  Sales person (I'm sorry I forgot his name, but I could picture his face) was very professional and helpful. He gave us the information we needed for our floor. Giving him and the store a 10 out of 10 star. Keep up the good work.
