  I am so grateful and blessed that we went with Granite Connection for our countertops. We had a wonderful and positive experience with this company. They were professional, courteous, and respectful in answering all the questions that we asked. We would 100% recommend them to everyone. I would like to thank the following people for the Great Experience we had with Granite Connection. Salvador arrived ahead of the scheduled time to meet and measure our countertops. Jose was very helpful when we went to see the granite and showed us how the layout was going to look in our kitchen. Jacqueline was helpful in setting up the appointment for our first measurements and the final measurements with Salvador. Victor and Saul did an Awesome job in installing the countertops.

  Granite Connections. I am sharing information about a company who renewed my faith in our fellow New Mexicans as well as in home owned New Mexico businesses. During these challenging economic times, it is difficult to find an exceptional company who cares about the customer as much as they care about the bottom dollar. Granite Connection is that company. The service is over the top and beyond what can be expected. Here is what happened today. Years ago, after visiting several companies, I purchased granite counter tops from Granite Connections based on their owner Salvador and his exceptional honesty and genuine customer care. Recently, I needed to extend the granite counter top backsplash behind a slide in oven that was replacing a free-standing oven. An area 4 inches by 30 inches. The owner Salvador helped pick out a remnant and then today came to my house to measure the area needing the granite. After measuring, he told me “You know, I think this is a bad idea.” He said “The granite will not match perfectly because it is from a different lot and because the existing granite is bullnosed the seam will show. I suggest you either remove the granite back splash entirely and use matching tile filling in the area down to the counter top or fill in the missing piece of granite behind your oven with tile that matches your existing tile. I can refer you to someone who will help you.” He said he would return my money that I paid him. No one does this but Salvador did. I am so impressed and so glad I do business with people like Salvador and home owned companies. We need more people like Salvador and more companies like Granite Connection.

  I would recommend Granite Connection without any hesitation! They were amazing! Everyone that we interacted with there were very good at their job and extremely professional. Jackie, the office manager, made sure she knew exactly what we wanted. She even went WAY out of her way to visit our home so that she could better understand what we wanted. Sal, the owner, made sure that the fabrication and installation were perfect. Our kitchen is now light and bright with the perfect shaped counter top. They are definitely a five star company!

  We had a great experience with Granite Connection. Our new counters were installed within 1 week! Everyone was on time, and so professional. Jacqui is such a help and is easy to stay in contact with. We love our new countertops so much!!!!
