  When you find a good contractor, it’s SOO nice. Glass-Rite’s sales rep wasn’t pushy, listened to what I wanted, and was a treat to work with. Then, when installation week came, the 2 techs (Oz & Levi) were considerate of my house and belongings, were clean and tidy, and worked fast (3 days for 11 windows). The price was fair too. I’m so pleased, and I’d whole-heartedly recommend Glass-rite!!!!

  ive had the windows less than a year, and already had to replace them, as the don't stay up when you open them. don't waste your money on these horrible way over priced windows

  Absolutely horrible company, if you have pets. They installed new windows in my house, and my wife had a house cat. While they were installing the windows, one of their workers kicked my wife’s cat with their steel toed shoes, and broke the cats jaw. Now I understand accidents happen. My main issue is all the different stories I was told, including the owner telling me that it wasn’t his employee that broke the cats jaw, but In fact it was hit by a car. In order for that to have happened, the car would have had to drive through my house striking the cat, then backing out of my house, all without doing any damage besides breaking my wife’s cars jaw. Maybe if you don’t have pets they would be a company to use, however if you do have pets. I would definitely look elsewhere. Once again the owner wants to change his story. this makes about the 11th one. If my cat did indeed jump out the window and wasn't home for days, why was he at the vet the same night out my windows being replaced? I would definitely look elsewhere as you can tell the owner is more concerned with lying, than actually taking responsibility for his employee's and their actions. this just proves if you have any kind of issue, Bill is not going to do anything to solve this issue, as he would rather just lie about it. The sad thing is, we never even asked for him to pay for anything, all my wife wanted was an apology, yet he would rather lie and come up with multiple stories

  We just recently had windows installed from Glassrite. An all around outstanding experience! The windows look absolutely beautiful! Ruben and Carlos did a top notch job. They were informative, hard working and great guys. We are very happy with Glassrite. If you're looking for window installation, go with Glassrite!

  I would like to say I LOVE my Glass Rite Windows! I am not sure how long ago I had them installed; but, with the extreme heat i have noticed a huge difference in the temperature of my home. It's alot cooler inside now. Thank you for the wonderful professional service I received!!!
