  Just used this company to help with a pipe break over the memorial weekend. Setting up the appointment on a holiday weekend was a seamless transition. She even offered to have a technician come out if need be. The technician that did come out a day later was named Saul, this man was very polite called before he came down finished the work within a reasonable amount of time. He also went over a list of other things to look out for or anything else I would like for him to check on. Not to mention the price was extremely reasonable. I will be using and telling everyone about your service. Thank you again

  Daniel with first rate came out and troubleshot my evap cooler problem and fixed what another hvac tech had tried to fix. He was reliable and honest and would recommend them 100%! Their office was very helpful getting scheduled immediately too!

  This was my first time with First Rate, Story came around 8:30 and diagnosed the problem real quick. And they even teach you how to maintain your system clean and efficient. At the end it came out around $490 about an $80 service fee and the rest was for the part that needed to be replace(+ plus tax). And their employee customer service was great, overall I recommend working with First Rate.
