We just had Enchantment Carpet remove and replace roughly 900 sqft of carpet in our home, and we could not be happier with the finished product. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, careful, and did genuinely excellent work. The new carpet looks fantastic and completely transformed the space. We did have one small hiccup along the way: we had removed the doors from our master bedroom closets, but the old closet-door track was still on the floor. There was a miscommunication, and that small area was mistakenly left uncarpeted when we had intended for the carpet to continue all the way through. Enter: Julian. There was no defensiveness, no runaround, and no attempt to explain away the mistake. It was simply, “No problem! I’ll come back early next week and fix it.” And that’s exactly what he did. Julian came back, corrected the area, and it now looks absolutely seamless. In fact, the way Enchantment Carpet handled the hiccup probably made me more confident recommending them than if everything had gone perfectly the first time. Mistakes and miscommunications happen…what matters is how a company responds to them, and these guys handled it exactly the way you hope a great local business would. Excellent craftsmanship, excellent customer service, and a finished product we’re thrilled with. 10 out of 10 would recommend Enchantment Carpet. Strong work, Julian and team!

Ten out of five stars. Enchantment Carpet is the absolute best. We ordered carpet from a box store. Weeks later when the installers brought the carpet to the house, I got the feeling they didn’t want to do the job. They said the carpet was “delaminated” and we’d have to wait several more weeks until new carpet would arrive and could be installed.. We made the drive to Enchantment Carpet, spoke to Ernie and had installers here the NEXT DAY! Prices were lower than the box stores, service was a million times better and we got great carpet installed in no time. Shop locally. Talk to Ernie. We’re so glad we did.
