  The installer was supposed to be at my house in the morning. I was in the bathroom and I missed his phone call. Because I didn’t answer the call he did not come to my house. I lost half a day pay waiting. The second time they canceled my installation for no reason. They apologized and rescheduled. The third time they were supposed to be at my house between 11 AM and 1 P.m. The installer called me to say he was on his way. I stated I left the house for a second. I would be there in about 20 minutes. They canceled my installation again and wanted to reschedule it. 3 different times I took time off from work to have a door installed. Three different times I lost $200 each time because I took time off from work. Irresponsible and a lack of concern for my time.

  I had an order for a measurement and installation through Lowe's and Doorman LLC was the third party contractor. He came out and I instructed him that I was needing a quote for all doors and there were two pocket doors included in that. He told me they don't install pocket doors for Lowe's and asked if I still wanted the estimate. I told him I need to know if Lowe's can fulfill the order and I can find a contractor to install the pocket doors, so if he could at least provide measurements for the pocket doors, so I would know if I can match all the doors, I'll accept the estimate. He said he would, but then Lowe's said he didn't provide a measurement for those doors, so now I'm out the estimate cost with nothing to show for it except two hours of my time wasted and the price of the estimate, which I never got and Lowe's doesn't know how to refund since he marked the estimate complete. I will not use this company nor Lowe's for any install services ever again. Lesson learned!

  This company installed my closet barn doors and installed incorrectly by attempting to nail the doors down and when that didnt work they glued them down and cracked my door at the same. Those doors were not centered correctly either. They replaced the doors, but when they removed the doors they damaged the first time they ended up damaging my floor. The thing that bugs me the most is that they are trying to tell Lowe's installers that the damage was already there. I sent proof to the Lowes and they just are as bad as this company and dont understand the pictures i sent with my explanation. Its only obvious the damage is where they placed the doors the first time. I will never go through either one of them again.

  We had front and back doors install with DoorMan. They were friendly, courteous and cleaned up job after install. Would recommend!
