  There was a small delay because the technician got stuck at another emergency call, but the company kept me updated the entire time which I appreciated. Once he arrived, he repaired a leaking outdoor spigot quickly and tested it several times before leaving. Honest communication made the experience much less frustrating.

  I had my swamp cooler turned on and serviced by Day and Night for $200. After the first day of use water was flowing off my roof when the cooler is off - float needed adjustment. I turned the water off, since it was Saturday, and not an emergency, I waited to call. The work week began, and life got busy. I called, not even a week later, to have this adjusted. I also needed water line moved from where the technician left it hanging down the front of my house with about 15 feet of extra line laying on the ground. I was told no, that there is an untold 48 hour warranty, and I would be charged for the adjustment. I will not work with this company again. No thank you.

  Overall a great experience. They were able to come on the weekend because my water line was leaking and get it fixed for me rather quickly. There did end up being a leak on the pipe where they fixed it but they came out immediately and made it right. The technician actually brought the pipe out from the wall a little bit to make it more accessible and easier to turn off. He actually improved the infrastructure while fixing the problem. Good honest work and company.

  Very knowledgeable and experienced after hours technician. He took great care to make sure the job was completed thoroughly. Great experience!

  I requested a drain clear from this company. They showed up charged me over $700 for 3 hours of service. 2 weeks later the drains backed up again. I called them to come back out and they wanted to charge me again. I was told they don't warranty drain service and it's on their invoice. Sure enough in fine print it states no warranties on drain service. I asked for the owner or manager and was told they were not in. I explained to the front desk lady that my request was about doing good business and doing the right thing for the customer. She told me that its alot of work, so they have to charge. I explained to her about doing the right thing and she just laughed. Never use them. They don't do good work, and they don't honor the work they do.
