  C2G came highly recommended to me from a couple of sources when I unexpectedly found myself in a (forced) kitchen remodel over 4 months ago. I have no issue with the new cabinets, aka. the main reason for the 3 stars. But the process took a month + longer than it should have due to mistakes on the part of C2G staff that involved shipping mishaps and a HUGE, unacceptable lack of communication. I had to call the store at least 3 times to find out what was going on with the shipment. Though I did receive apologies (which is rare nowadays), the mistakes were still unprofessional. Isn't this your job?? Additionally, C2G uses "sub-contractors" for delivery and installation who are the definition of "you get what you pay for." Their cabinet installer was supposed to come back and address what's in the pics, but I haven't heard from him since he completed the initial installation over a month ago. And the company C2G uses for the countertops/installation (Stone Systems) has been worse. Dealing with this company and their "partners" caused so much unnecessary additional stress that I will NEVER use them again OR recommend them to fellow homeowners. The money you might save is NOT worth it.

  When I first went to see product the clerk was extremely helpful. Then my order was taken over by Brian Richards. He has been more than helpful in many ways. It has taken some time for our remodel/build but they have been very patient with my progress. I appreciate all that has been done with and for me. Marianne Romero

  Our son is remodeling his first home. We got several quotes. Brian was exceptionally patient and understanding. We went through several revisions and have finally settled on and ordered his cabinets. Can't wait to receive them and get them installed.

  Landon is absolutely the best. We had a pipe burst in our kitchen and had to redo it all. We were pretty overwhelmed and he helped us figure it out and come in under budget.

  I was contacted by Shirley after I filled out an internet questionnaire. My fiancé and I went to the store to meet her and discuss what we wanted. She was alone in the store when we arrived. We went over what we wanted and after she couldn’t figure out the program, another worker came in and tried to help. She said she would email us an estimate. She did, but it didn’t include all the information (we wanted vanity, sink and countertops). She emailed again and said she messed up and this is the right one. This one didn’t have the discount that the other worker said we could get. Then she sent another (#3) with the same info but now a discount. She called and asked if we needed help and I informed her she didn’t include the countertop and sink estimate. She said she sent one, it never arrived. Shirley called again and said I didn’t get it. She sent a “new” estimate - it was the same estimate! I emailed her back and asked for the countertop and sink, because we already ordered a vanity from another company. Sent ANOTHER email with the SAME ESTIMATE!! I emailed back and told her she’s wasted our time and no one should ever order from them. Trust me - they can’t even do a simple estimate, I don’t want them doing anything in my house. STAY AWAY FROM CABINETS TO GO. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
