Honestly I don't want to tell you about Big Dreams because then Ill never get them booked again! Seth and team came all the way from ABQ for my job. I hired Big Dreams because Seth earned my trust by doing good work for other folks I know and built his reputation for years before I asked him to consider my little workshop renovation. I hired big dreams for roof repair and solar panel arrangement, frame repair, wrap, windows, doors, insulation, siding, and concrete. I am a locksmith by trade and Seth impressed me. He's a born leader and good dad and husband who keeps his site well organized and his guys focused and happy. I have a locksmith focused knowledge of fire code, ADA, and building code, but every step of the way when I check NM CID the work meets code AND looks good. Especially with lumber quality the way it is, I really like that they took the time to pick good lumber that dried straight. The neighbors didn't complain about cursing, smoke, trash, noise or music. They always clean up before they go. Most neighbors want to know who I hired and I won't tell them until the job is done because Big Dreams is too good to share. As a veteran I am serious about my security, my privacy, and my dogs happiness. Seth, Derrick, and Michael all have been really thoughtful about these concerns and my property remains secure, my dogs haven't gotten out or been mistreated, or been allowed to distract them. Nothing has gone missing and nosy neighbors were referred to the property owner, which I really appreciate. Finally, I am really impressed with the attention to detail. For example, I specified the incorrect opening for my under eave vents and Seth didn't criticize or question, he swiftly and silently identified the product and looked it up and made the correct size opening. I was up all night worried I specified the wrong size and when he arrived he showed me and I was glad he corrected me and laughed at my pointless anxiety in the care of a quiet professional. Seth and team I appreciate you! This has been the most stress free and lowest risk investment I've ever made. As a ruthlessly independent person, I have come to trust Big Dreams for all the work that I can't do myself and for things I can't do as well. I look forward to contracting them for my VA home construction when the workshop is complete and the plans are approved.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a full home remodel completed, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the project exceeded our expectations. The remodel included extensive upgrades throughout the home, and everything came together beautifully. Communication was great, the work area was kept organized, and any questions or changes were handled professionally. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about delivering a finished product that the homeowner will be happy with. Our home feels completely transformed, and we couldn't be happier with the final result. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a dependable, skilled, and professional contractor for a full home remodel or renovation. Five stars — highly recommended!

Seth and team have an amazing attention to detail, excellent communication and overall fantastic craftsmanship. He was especially accommodating regarding noise and scheduling with us having a small baby in the house. I will 100% be utilizing their skills for the next phase of remodel.

Seth and his crew do outstanding work. They built us a beautiful gazebo for our outdoor hot tub, laid flagstone, replaced concrete then acid- washed with a nice color, delivered and installed rock around the front and back yards, and built a fenced area for our garden. Seth communicates clearly, is available for questions and comments, offers helpful advice and makes decision-making easy. He is experienced, dedicated, efficient, reliable and trustworthy. They also left the site clean after each day. I would happily hire Seth again. Thank you Seth!
