  This was our first time using B Carlson. I called to schedule a check up on our A/C unit, and we were able to get an appointment really fast. Cheyenne was our service technician today. She was very nice and extremely knowledgeable with all of my questions. We actually needed a part replaced that was wearing out, and thankfully she had it stocked on her truck. We signed up for the Care Club and it saved us some money. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and air needs.

  Drake and Xazyel worked hard today and did a great job. They kept me informed about the repairs that were needed, showing me places that were concerning, had the supplies they needed and cleaned everything up. I am very impressed by their workmanship, knowledge and attention to details. Great to work with!! Thank you gentlemen!!!!

  We had a water emergency with our water softener. I called Carlson at 8pm and they were at our house as promised at 8:30am in the morning. The crew was competent, professional and helpful and dealt with the situation. Additionally, they provided advice and services on how to avoid a similar situation in the future. Currently we are reviewing proposals and estimates for follow up.

  I am new to the Albuquerque area, & my new rental home (which I am very unfamiliar with) suddenly started having a loud ticking sound coming from the air conditioner vent. Not knowing who to call, I found B. Carlson because of the stellar reviews online. Their booking team was so prompt and friendly to schedule me the very next business day. My technician, Mr. A. Brown, arrived early & almost immediately located the problem. He was very knowledgeable & professional and took time to educate me about the home’s cooling system. As a result, I feel much more confident moving forward In a new town with my choice of service provider! You can bet that’s B. Carlson in the future, each and every time! Thank you!

  I called B. Carlson to come look at my MasterCool swamp cooler that was making a lot of noise. Pros of this company are that they were extremely flexible in working with my schedule and got someone out quickly. The tech who came out looked at my swamp cooler and messed with it a bit, banged on it a few times (which actually did reduce the noise a little) and then told me my bearings were bad and would need to be replaced, a $1600 fix, so I was better off replacing the entire unit. So they sent someone out the next day to talk to me about new options and the cheapest option offered was over $7,000, even with "discounts" applied. I called a friend of a friend who is an HVAC tech to come look at it (which I should have done in the first place but he wasn't immediately available) and he immediately identified that the wheel was on backwards and the screw that was supposed to be on the outside of the wheel was on the interior, rubbing against the cage which was also too close to the side. He fixed the wheel, adjusted the cage and also bent back the cage in the places where the B.Carlson tech bent it out of shape and it's now working perfectly with no noise. He also said the bearings are fine, no need to replace. Not sure how the wheel wasn't noticed by the B.Carlson tech as it seems like it would have been pretty obvious if he was eyeballing the bearings so closely. It 100% feels like an attempt to scam me into purchasing a new $7000 unit.
