  Absolutely the highest recommendation for these folks! They know what they're doing and are very honest about things that need to be replaced/fixed. Ben is exceptional in every way, very knowledgable, friendly, and always offers tips to keep all of the HVAC running smoothly without overspending on parts, etc. prematurely... very honest and has gone out of his way to save me $ over the years. Their prices are fair, and they do high-quality work! When I had a new boiler installed (70-year boiler on its last legs), they came back 5-6 times to figure out a very complicated 2-zone radiant heating issue in an old house from the 50s... they brought in experts to finally get it working correctly, at their cost. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

  My daughter who recommended B Carlson recently had some work done and recommended B Carlson. I called and Dylan was assigned to our needs and was at our home with less than two hours from the time I called. The company continually kept us updated until he arrived. From the time Dylan arrived, he was friendly, pleasant, and very informative. He explained our options but left it completely up to us to decide what was best for us, without any pressure from him. My daughter who recommended B Carlson is very happy with the representative that was sent over to her house as well. That to me serves as evidence that the employees are very knowledgeable and love not just what they do but the people they work for. With employees like Dylan, I know we have found our Plumbing needs Go To!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with Ben and Rían doing a recent HVAC maintenance visit. They were both thorough professional and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing throughout the service. Ben, as a senior tech, was especially patient and knowledgeable while doing some on the job training with Rían. It was great to see the level of professionalism and teamwork. Ryan was also very attentive and had some great suggestions during the visit. Rían went above and beyond by taking the extra time to clean out the condensate pump it was definitely needed and he showed me what can build up inside overtime. I really appreciate Him catching it and taking care of it rather than just doing the basic maintenance and moving on Both guys clearly take pride in their work, and I never felt rushed or left wondering what was being done I really appreciate the thorough service communication and extra attention to detail. I signed up for B Carlson membership plan and I will definitely be asking for Ben or Rían on my next visit

  I’m very disappointed with my experience with B. Carlson Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. They were scheduled to come out and flush my water heater, but the job was not completed correctly or thoroughly. The technician did not bleed the pipes afterward, nor was I informed that I needed to run the hot water from a sink to complete the process. When I later used my bathroom, my toilet was shaking and my pipes were making extremely loud, unusual noises. Because I had not been given any instructions or explanation about what to expect after the service, I was understandably alarmed and called B. Carlson for help. Unfortunately, I was simply told that someone would call me back and didn’t hear back in a timely manner for something I believed to be an emergency caused by them. As of the time of this review no follow up or accountability taken. I ultimately had to call another company for help, and they explained that the hot water needed to be run from a sink to properly clear the air from the system. What was supposed to be a simple water heater service turned into a stressful situation because the job was not completed properly and I was not given the necessary information afterward. Even more concerning was the lack of customer service when I called with a problem related to the service I had just received. Based on my experience, I would not recommend B. Carlson for even a simple plumbing service. They don’t seem to know what they are doing. If something goes wrong, I expect a company to take responsibility, communicate with the customer, and help resolve the issue not leave the customer waiting for help on issues they caused. I would just like to add a response to the BS below from this shady company that refuses to take any accountability: i still have not received a call back about my two calls regarding this issue. I was told the technician would reach out to help and never did. The technician at the start of the visit said he could do a free inspection on the pipes ( a separate service). I declined this because I was a woman home alone and he would have required access to all of my home! This had nothing to do with the job he was there to do. If this is his pathetic excuse he could have easily let me know at the end of the visit to please turn on the hot water in my kitchen sink to let the air out of the pipes since he couldn’t come in to my home! He never said this was needed and claimed the job was done! Which it was not! I will be reporting this business to the Attorney General and BBB. This can seriously mess up someone’s home and you guys don’t seem to care or take the steps to help resolve issues you caused.

  WOW!!! Not sure what happened but to make a long story somewhat short, there was a miscommunication between the dispatch and the technician and we went without AC for almost 4 days at the beginning of September, which was not fun! THEN, we got a call from an amazing man by the name of Jeremy Larson, who gave me his personal cell and informed me that I would no longer be calling anyone else but him! Jeremy is a pro, got straight to the point with no bs and said "Ok Andrew, I have the information in front of me, but I want to hear what happened from you so that we can get this all cleared up." I literally just had a question because we had installed a brand new system the year before, spent a lot of money on it, and then 2 months after the warranty expired it breaks and I get a massive bill?!?! Jeremy called me at 2:56pm to get the information, at 3:05pm I got another text that said my service was scheduled for the next day, and then at 3:10pm Jeremy called me back and informed me that it was completely taken care of and that they would be out tomorrow morning! The best way to describe Jeremy is he is just cool and calm but also firm, because he made me feel like I was the most important person in the world and got everything fixed in less than 15 mins! He informed me that this is not the way that this company runs and assured me that this would never happen again, and I trust him! The next day, D'Angelo was our technician and he was the most amazing and wonderful person as well and informed us that he would be taking care of us today and he did an amazing job. He showed us everything, he made us feel like we were the most important people on his schedule that day. Best experience ever and I truly appreciate what they have done for us!!!
