  absolutely loved working with them! Santino was awesome! Both guys were very nice and knowledgeable of their job! I also like that they send a text with photo of whose coming to work with you! I will use them again! Thanks again Vanessa!

  I scheduled a visit from 8-3 at about 9am. I received a text that someone would be sent my way. At 2:45 I called and was told someone would be by before 5. At 3:50 I was told someone would be by 4:30. At 5:15 I called and was told my work ticket was closed at which point I canceled.

  During the hottest week of the year (June) we had to replace one of our refrigerated air units. From the diagnostic appt and following sales consult to install was about a week and the actual installation was completed in 1 day. The 2 guys who did the job were efficient and professional. The office employees who took my calls were great with scheduling and communication. The salesman who did the consult was great also very good - honest & helpful. I signed up for the home maintenance membership (our first time having this) prior to the install, so will be using Carlson for future work and happy to say that seems like we're off to a good start.

  These three were the ULTIMATE DREAM TEAM!!! From start to finish, I absolutely loved working with Chris, Josh, and Mikey. Their professionalism, expertise, and positive attitudes made the entire experience exceptional. Chris took the time to ensure I was getting the right AC and furnace unit for my home after my previous system failed after only three years. His honesty and knowledge gave me complete confidence in my investment. Josh and Mikey handled the installation, and I was beyond impressed with their work ethic, efficiency, and attention to detail. They worked seamlessly together, completed the job with precision, and left absolutely nothing for me to worry about. The cleanup was spotless—I didn't have to lift a finger! The best part? My afternoon consisted of being their DJ, playing music while they vibed and worked. They made what could have been a stressful situation enjoyable and stress-free.   Dylan from B Carlson came out to look at our ac. When he left wires were hanging from the unit. Called them back someone else came out and said it was a thermostat. They were wrong still broken. D’Angelo came out. Got the unit running but only got air. Called them one last time. Monday, Dylan came out again and said he does not know why it won’t run correctly and left the unit running hot air. When I asked him to stop the heat from coming in he took the thermostat off the wall and the ac not working. He told us it would be 5k to fix the reverse valve. I called signature heating and cooling comma they came out and realized whoever attached the wires that were left off the unit were reconnected incorrectly, which was making the unit malfunction.
