It took 3 days to get an estimate that showed absolutely nothing. It was not itemized and 1000 more expensive than our neighbors (we have basically the same floor plan) for 1/2 of the work they did.. I contacted the business to try and get a better understanding of what I was getting for the price and why the difference. She told me she would call me back and look into what they can offer. Never got a call, instead got can email that had knocked off some dollars from the first estimate. Yeah great but still no explanation of the dramatic price difference or the cost of anything. So beware, it doesn’t seem like there is any price point for anything and they just randomly price houses.
