My AC unit stopped working. It had recently been checked. I had to go through the automated process first but later spoke with a real person and was assigned a time of 5pm-7pm for the following day. The technician, Charles, was actually the same person who had recently been here. After much discussion about the cost for repair and the fact that the cost would now include overtime, I was a bit upset. Charles then called his supervisor, Marcos. The two of them were able to agree on a solution that would resolve the problem for now and I was able to get much welcome cool air. There was no charge to me for this. I am very appreciative for their resolution to this problem. I'm also aware that the AC unit will probably require more work in the future but I'm cool for now.
Thanks again,
Marilyn

After waking up with flooding inside our house, we had to call a plumber and a restoration contractor.
Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling’s online system to schedule an immediate appointment was easy to use and provided a technician within a number of hours.
The technician, Isaac Coronado, was friendly, informative, and very knowledgeable. I had two separate, but related issues and he successfully attacked both of them and fixed our issues. He also found available discounts for us and provided awesome transparency.
I will definitely be using Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling again in the future!
Issues involved: water valve replacement, sewer main clogs, videoing the sewer lines.

I used Angi’s list to find a plumbing contractor to replace two toilets at my house. Angi’s list gave me several good plumbing companies to contact. Albuquerque Plumbing and Heating sent their representative, James McGantis out. Mr McGantis
Promptly gave me a written estimate, and said he could install my toilets for me right away, if I like the price. I signed a release to start working, and Mr McGantis installed my toilets for me. I signed up with a special maintenance program with Albuquerque Heating, and cooling, and received over a 400 dollar discount! Plus Mr McGantis was so honest with me; he said he finished the job an hour less than he estimated, and gave me an hour of labor discounted. Companies almost never give the customer a discount for finishing a job faster, I couldn’t believe it! James McGantis left my my bathrooms very clean, and I’m so impressed with the work of Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating, and Electrical.

Miguel was outstanding!!!! Very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. He was thorough and quick. We had a major leak and knew we probably needed a new unit. He was up front and honest about the temporary fix cost vs a new unit. He fixed us up with Freon to hold us til we could get a new system installed. He contacted the office and was able to set up a new system install in just a few more days. We are cool again and looking forward to our new AC being installed this week.
Great service great guy!

After bad start, they came through like champs. It was for my mother's 55 year old house's kitchen sink that was not draining properly. The first time they came, it was two techs. They snaked the system and it seemed fixed AT FIRST, but a few days later the sink was clogged even worse! Water erupted everywhere when she tried the garbage disposal.
My mother is 85 years old and is in poor health, so she was of course VERY upset. She had to wait till Monday to get someone out to fix what had not been fixed earlier. They sent out "Don" who was one of the techs before, but he had way more experience than the other tech, (who is now gone, apparently). Don accessed the problem and went after it. He used a "cutter", which probably should have been used before. Anyway Don used that contraption and told us what he could tell about the problem because of all his years of experience. He tested the repair much thoroughly than that previous tech who was in charge did last time, and let us know about a potential problem that may occur in the future. If we decide to address it, we will certainly call again and specifically ask for Don.
