  This is Frank Maher. Joseph Bradshaw put in a tankless water heater for me some time around August he did a great job and educated me on mini-splits. Just recently I had mini-splits put in and Travis Coleman did a great estimate, was kind and informative. Christopher sisneros and Byron they were the technicians that installed and they were polite, efficient and do your company proud.

  Anthony came out in the rain, and unclogged my main sewer pipe in no time! He was so kind, and professional. If I have any plumbing needs in the future, I will definitely reach out to Albuquerque Plumbing and Heaging again, and request him. Also, when I called to schedule an appointment, I spoke with Alera who was so helpful and sweet. She got someone out here so fast. Very professional and kind. Will definitely recommend this place!

  I was quoted $900 ($1,200 if done on a weekend) to replace a washing-machine outlet box (wall reparation not included), $320 to replace a laundry faucet, and over $700 to replace a broken electrical bracket. The electrician further recommended i change the whole breaker box because “it was leaking something” and that replacing it would be approximately $5,000. Funny thing is that i got home and switched the alleged broken breaker and is now working normally. An electrician came and confirmed the box is perfectly fine and questioned why the prior plumber cut my dry wall for the laundry faucet. He explained the confusion on why the power outlet under then kitchen sink wasn’t working — we had to turn on the switch. This ignorance almost cost me $700. This company is a scam.

  Good work, but I was originally overcharged for the service. I scheduled a hot water heater flush and maintenance service. I told them exactly what I wanted done when I scheduled the call. When the technician arrived, he didn't know anything about what I asked for. This meant he had to go back to the shop and pick up the necessary supplies. The technician appeared to do a good job, so no complaints about the service. However, the trip back to their shop cost me an extra $225. I was able to get this refunded afterwards by talking to a manager.

  Had a drain that simply could not clear after multiple attempts to snake, as I've done myself over many years. They came out, gathered info, and stated the quote would be in by the end-of-day that Friday as, if I has signed, they could apply for an emergency permit and simply do the work over the weekend, and the permit would be met by Monday. Not only is this incredibly illegal, but highly unethical as it puts me, the home owner, in a very sticky situation with the city. The last thing anyone in this god-forsaken city needs is the ire of it's lawsuit hungry officials. Now, days later, I've yet to receive a quote. Edit: after the owners response- no calls or emails have been sent to me to communicate on this issue.
