  Can’t say enough good things about Cody, Andres, Jude, Oscar and crew. They not only worked hard and efficiently, they were kind and respectful towards each other and us. Whole home repipe completed in less than a week, with no follow up problems or issues. We really appreciated having the same great crew on the project from start to finish. As painfully expensive and difficult this project was, their professionalism and courtesy was much appreciated amidst the chaos.

  Miguel Ortiz did a very thorough evaluation of my three aged AC units, taking lots of time to explain to me each of his findings and how the issues affected the operation of my AC units, without engaging in any high pressure sales/service tactics. Not only do I highly recommend him for his technical skills, but I also highly recommend him for his wonderful personality. It was a pleasure having him in my home, and I felt completely at ease and comfortable with him. Job well done, Miguel! Thank you, Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, for hiring such exceptional young people.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Bobby from ABQ Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. My home runs on well water, and the pressure switch on my pressure tank had failed. Bobby responded quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and got everything repaired efficiently. What really stood out was that he didn’t just fix the problem—he took the time to explain why the pressure switch had gone bad and showed me how my watering regimen may have contributed to the issue. He also gave me helpful advice so I can prevent the problem and even handle it myself if it happens again in the future. Bobby was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and very efficient. It’s refreshing to work with someone who not only knows their trade but is willing to educate the customer as well. I highly recommend Bobby and ABQ Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for anyone needing honest, high-quality service.

  In April 2026 I needed my sprinkler line fixed and called abq plumbing, which I've used many times. This time a plumber named James, came and assessed the breakage and quoted me a bill for $481 to fix. All good; but, because James PREFERS to work ALONE it took him 2 extra hours to fix. Now my bill is $1035. WHAT!! Another thing at the time of service I asked for a senior discount and thought I got it. But NO I did not, instead he added me to a "Monthly Program", which, I DID NOT ASK FOR. My credit card just got charged $34.48 here in May. I called today to cancel this "Monthly Program" and get a credit on my card. They are supposed to call me on Monday, we'll see. I am upset and disapointed because he did what he wanted to do in regards to time, money, and this "monthly program". I am a senior and on a fixed income and he charged me more than was quoted, it was literally more then double. I want out of the "Monthly Program" and I want a credit on my card. I WILL NOT BE CALLING or USING ABQ PLUMBING AGAIN.

  Travis from Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling was awesome! Very professional and forthcoming with the install estimate he provided and sympathetic to my 96 degree house plight. I'm excited to schedule my install and get my house cool again. I had a new HVAC system installed by Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling this past weekend. While the installation team, Miguel and Diego, encountered a few unexpected issues related to my home's electrical system, they handled the situation professionally and quickly coordinated with Lorenzo, one of their electricians, to resolve the problem. The unforeseen electrical complications caused the project to take longer than originally planned and resulted in additional costs, but those circumstances were beyond the installation team's control. Throughout the entire process, Miguel, Diego, and Lorenzo remained friendly, professional, and understanding, taking the time to explain what was happening and ensure the job was completed correctly. In the end, the installation was completed to a high standard, and my home is finally comfortable again instead of sitting at 96 degrees. My new system is running efficiently and reliably, and I couldn't be happier with the final result. A sincere thank you to Miguel, Diego, and Lorenzo for their hard work and dedication. They were outstanding representatives of Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
