  We called Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for a clog in our main sewer line. The tech that came out was unable to clear the clog. He blamed the issue on fiber installation. We had fiber construction on our street about 6 months prior so this did not really make sense to us but he argued that this was the only reason he could not unclog the line. He suggested scheduling a $6,500 repair. We reached out to TLC who showed up an hour later and unclogged our sewer line quickly without any issue. He reported no damage to the area. Very disappointed with the service we received from ABQ Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling. Whats even more frustrating is TLC actually charged us less than this company and they actually were able to complete the job.

  Isaac with Albuquerque Heating and Plumbing was excellent! Thorough and professional. Cleared my sewer line where other company couldn’t. The office staff are the same. Best plumbing company I’ve dealt with here in Abq, and I’ve been thru a few. Highly recommended.

After listening to our refrigerated air conditioner problems, he was quick to perform a thorough diagnosis. He presented solutions with an accurate estimate and had our system working even better than when it was new!   Lorenzo was my electrical technician for the day and he was absolutely fantastic. He installed two 3 way switches then checked the electrical panel to ensure everything was correctly set up. I have a 20 foot ceiling in which he replaced the carbon monoxide detector batteries and tested the whole house alarm system. He also tested and replaced batteries in the rest of the house smoke alarms. Lorenzo was punctual, knowledgeable and courteous in every way. I asked him to return and install a whole house and a HVAC surge protectors. I must say, we are new to Rio Rancho and are extremely impressed with Lorenzo and Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling.
