  Great job, well done by just one man. I'm very impressed. He came promptly the very next day and explained as he went along, so I understood what and why he was fixing it the way he did. He put up a new spring, and mounted the track and chain more securely than it had been mounted before. He cleaned up very well when he was done. He was very courteous. It cost more than I'd expected, but such a good job was worth it.

  Office was very communicative. Orginal tech had a flat. Company was quick to reschedule the same day. Matt arrived and was very cordial. I showed him what the door was doing. He had all the parts needed on his van. He made quick work of putting in a new set of springs, rod, pulleys, and bearings. Just exactly what we needed. I went with the more expensive springs for the longevity. I would have to say they cam at a premium price. But the work was done properly and well!!!

  I booked them to obtain service after getting a flyer for the $29.99 service call. Of most importance it's impossible to get anybody over the phone. And you cannot change or cancel an appointment online. When I tried to call to cancel it all. I got was a message to leave a waste message and no one called me back. The technician later told me he was on his way, and I told him I tried to change appointment it. And couldn't reach anybody over the phone. To make matters worse, my email has been bombarded with spam. from this company after, I canceled inquiring, why I canceled and then offering stupid games. If you spot a A1 truck, you win a new garage door opener. All these silly games and the fact that you can't reach a person to change an appointment and can't do it online makes me very suspicious of this company.

  Gilbert did an awesome job showing and explaining the difference between the products you guys offer, and Alex did an awesome jobs as well explaining the difference in the plans you offer. Unfortunately the price of your products are out of my budget for a rental property, if it was for my own residence I would not have a problem paying for the excellent product you offer.

  The worker was very friendly, but I called because my garage door was sometimes coming down part way and going back up, and when it did that it would do that 2 or 3 times before it came down all the way. He gave it a tuneup and pronounced it unsafe and said I need a whole new unit for $2500. When I said that was too much he tried to sell me a cheaper one for $1700. He called his office and they offered a 15 year loan. No way! So I didn’t buy and he left with the garage door open. After that, it would not close at all, not even after 30trues. When I called in about it I got some gibberish about different colors. I had to disconnect my system and go manual close just to close my door. So I paid for a tuneup and got a fully broke opener for my money. Would never use again.
