- SASteve Abla2 days ago5.0Carden was exceptional. He is knowledge and his ability to determine the problem with the equipment was above and beyond that of other technicians I have seen. He was able to detect and correct the problem with the equipment. He had the equipment working perfectly by the time he left. A1 Garage Door is extremely lucky to have him as an employee. We think Caden is the best.!!!
- OCOrlena Casaus3 days ago5.0Caden was so nice and explained everything in detail to me. I decided to wait until I can afford a new door because I don't want to spend a lot to fix the old door. It's 24 years old. I would highly recommend A1 services. You can feel safe because they send you a photo of the technician ahead of time. Because of my age and because they did no work on the door, I wasn't even charged for the visit. They did inspect it and gave me the results of their findings. Great company.

He's a very courteous, knowledgeable and professional service technician from A1 Garage Door. Cubby went over issues he identified with our garage door components and gave a clear explanation on why they should be replaced. He gave us a few different options monetarily on the repairs needed to let us decide which ones were in our price range. The job was completed in a quick and efficient manner and the work area was cleaned up after. Would not hesitate to hire A1 again if the need arises.

The springs on the right side were missing and the single spring could not lift the door. He gave me options and the costs. I went with the middle options and he had everything he needed in his truck. In 1 hour, he was able to replace the motor and fix it. Mr. Yazzie is a trustworthy man that handles his task professionally, knowing the work, reliable and efficient. Thank you.
- KJKris JonesMay 4, 20261.0Had an Eric Jeong from A-1 come out to look at my daughter’s garage door that had a spring break. The quote for both springs was $1500-1600! When we asked why so high when other places were telling us $500-600 he was evasive and said he did not have control over prices. We were never shown a breakdown for parts and service just one price for it all. Seemed like it was all an upsell. I would not recommend this company or this technician at all for your garage door repair. Overpriced and the tech had an attitude.
