  Eric worked on our outside water connections / bibs to eliminate leaks we had and unclogged some of our bathroom and the kitchen sinks. He was very professional, treated us and our home with respect (never needed to be asked to put shoe covers on when coming inside, never slammed doors when in and out but courteous with our home), very patient with our questions, knowledgeable about fixes for each of the problems we had and just overall a hard worker! We will have him in the future if any other plumbing issues arise. Ty BB for sending Eric to us for the repairs we needed today!

  After discovering some leaky valves in my new home, and requiring a whole-home filtration system, I contacted Blue Boxer and they came out, installed the filter and replaced our valves. The following day I discovered a leak at the meeting point of their work and my existing plumbing and they came out the following business day and repaired it. Great work, and now we have clean water! The plumber was very nice, polite and kept us updated throughout the repair!

  About 5 hours ago on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, PSEG told me i need a new water and i had no hot water. Sitting here five hours later with hot water thanks to Blue Boxer. Phone was picked up immediacy. I explained my dilemma. She said she would talk to Keith and call me right back. Keith came out about 1/2 hour after I called. His crew showed up closely after. Hot water heater is replaced, still not sure the price was real, it was way more reasonable than i was thinking. SO thankful to Keith and his team!!!
