  The last AC technician unusually came unprepared - not the service I have been used to. He had not read the notes from just the previous week and just concluded that we needed a new unit because of potential inability to procure an AC drain pan for our older unit after a couple of minutes in the attic. The condensed water is leaking into our ceiling!! Once again, this is atypical of the SPS service I have had over the years. I called customer service and no tech supervisor gave a courtesy call back as promised.

  I am very happy with the new sump pump and all of the new copper replacement water lines that the two plumbers installed in my basement. They were friendly, professional and efficient. The price was also very good and fair. I’d definitely and have already recommended them to others I know who I believe have also had a good experience. Thank you kindly, John (homeowner)

  Attic fan thermostat needed to be set at lower temperature to keep upstairs cooler. It turned on at 90* & made upstairs warm during heat wave. Technician set thermostat at 80* which should improve heat accumulation & AC running constantly. Technician was knowledgeable & helpful in diagnosing problem. Have been using CarrFord SPS for many years. Thank you, Joseph & SPS.

  Very satisfied with the repair and service. Joe was able to locate the part we needed and traveled to Bellmawr to pick it up and came back to install it. This was totally above and beyond since we had no air conditioning during the heat wave. We would highly recommend your company and would not hesitate to call you in the future if the need arises. Thank you so much!

  I did not hire your company. Your guy, Frank was polite, but either not knowledgeable or thought he could tell a senior anything. He gave me an estimate of $800+ to unclog the sink. He went on to tell me that he had to charge me additional because he noticed a Drano bottle on the counter and he could possibly get a chemical burn. The closest estimate to Frank's was $375. The company I had to do the work charged $200 and completely restore the sink to working condition in about 15 minutes. I paid Frank the $59 service call fee.
