- WMwalter mcguire1 day ago1.0Horrible communication. App scheduled a week ahead and I was notified the morning of they were on their way. That was 7:22 am and I had to call at 10:10 and was told he would be there in an hour. It’s 11:30 now and still no service tech. The driver then called and said can I come tomorrow. Unreal. Won’t be calling them again.

- MSMark Quigg SrSep 28, 20265.0I had a problem where my heater was constantly freezing up and it would not work. The compressor would run for about 2 minutes then shut off. They tried everything that they knew about the system and it still would not work. The repairman went the extra step and contacted the manufacturer to see if they could help. He spent about an hour on the phone with them and diagnosed what was wrong. They had to search high and low for the parts, because my unit was 8 years old, but it was finally repaired. They were professional and very pleasant to deal with as I can be a little pushy to get things done. I would highly recommend them. My warranty covered parts for 10 years so I only paid for the labor.

This was one of the major issues concerning damaged french drains-water coming up through the basement floor because of incorrect piping in the french drains. Suppposedly fixed all 3 areas but I only see 2 spots that have fresh concrete at the clean out caps. Therefore I believe the job was not done properly. I think there is a 90' angle that is still broken and or clogged preventing the passage of ground water to the sumps. I see no fresh repair marks at this spot. I am waiting to see how much ground water seeps up. I am not happy with the results so far and I think the $4478.25 was not money well spent.
