  Honestly I believe the crew did a good job. Everything seems to be cooling off well, but it is still too early to tell if it will effect our utility bills. Only thing I am a little upset about is the damage to the washing machine that was right next to where they did the install in the basement. Would've been nice to have them tell us and at least apologize. The washer is under a year old but that is beside the point, the whole side has gouge and scratches now.

  Vincent Petruzzi came out to my house to correct lighting that was installed by another tech improperly i.e.: we had lighting fixtures that contained a light at the top that’s more decorative and one on the bottom part that would illuminate the ground. However the technicians that arrived before Vincent installed the lights in the fixture but put the metal cover on the bottom of the lights making it impossible to get any benefits from the bottom lights. Also the left the backplate from my old lighting set up in our entryway and put the new lighting backplate on top of it, giving the entryway lighting the appearance of a diy job. I immediately called Harris and they sent Vincent out. . Vincent listen to my concerns and immediately got to work removed the bottoms from all the lights that’s when I noticed it was actually a lightbulb underneath that metal plate. He then removed the plastic back plate from the old lights and spend time to get the new back plate so that it was flushed with my siding. He cleaned up afterwards and did an amazing job and was very kind and nice. I wasn’t sure how Harris’s warranty would work after they installed, but they stood by their word and sending move ever as a restored my faith in Harris. I will try to attach some pictures.

  We had an appointment for an AC technician John to come out and inspect and potentially repair our unit. John called about 40 minutes ahead of time to let us know he was on his way, which we really appreciated. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process, what he found, and the different options available to us. After discussing everything, we decided to move forward with a new AC and furnace. John also made sure our consultation appointment was scheduled before leaving. I had read many reviews about Harris beforehand, and I can now say from our experience that they truly know what they’re doing. Both John and Phil who was the consultant to help with the purchasing of the units, were courteous, informative, and made us feel confident in our decision. We’re very pleased with the service we received so far and look forward to working with Harris on the installation. We had Wick Whetstone Jr. and Andre Bowers install our new furnace and air conditioner, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received! They were professional, knowledgeable, and punctual from start to finish. They got right to work, even while another company was working in our yard removing trees. They took great care to protect our home, covering our floors and wearing booties to keep everything clean as they came in and out. They took the time to explain how to use everything they installed and made sure we understood the process. Before leaving, they cleaned up and removed all of their materials, leaving everything neat and tidy. We are extremely happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service. Great job and great service!

  Steven and the team from Harris were outstanding. I especially appreciated Steven's skills in diagnosing the issues we were having and his skill in resolving them. Steven quickly diagnosed the issues, developed a plan and explained all of the options to us. Our issues were related to failed, aging plumbing that ran under the concrete slab of our home. In order to address the issues, holes needed to be cut in the floor and pipes replaced. Steven was able to resolve all of the issues with minimal impact. Steven's work was outstanding in all aspects and I would certainly recommend him and the entire Harris team.

  I called Harris and asked them if they would be able to fix my sink because it had a clogged and leaking pipe. The woman told me A plumber would be able to come out the same day and work on it. Dante came out within an hour. He was punctual, friendly, he did a great job. He and his partner snaked my drain and worked until it was clear. All was well until they told me I would then have to call a plumber to come out and fix the Leaking part of the drain. I was under the assumption I did hire a plumber.. What I didn’t know was Harris sent me out someone from their drain cleaning department and not the pipe fixing department. If you have two issues you need to pay both departments to come out. Needless to say, I’m very happy with the technician that came out to unclog my pipe, but I’m not very happy with Harris as a company Who was a little deceiving on my phone call and not explaining all of that to me.
