  Nowadays you are constantly hearing horror stories about home inspectors, and all the repairs they failed to catch. Not David. We used his service in 2013 when we brought our first house. We were young and didn’t really listen to everything he said/noted. Many years later, we took out his report, long and behold, all the things we needed to repair and maintain, he has sent to us in detail in 2013. So we went with him again when we are buying another this year, and as I remembered, he was professional, kind, most knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He isn’t just there to inspect the home, he is there to help the would be homeowners learn how to maintain one of the biggest expense in our lives. In my opinion, Part of David’s inspection should be a required lecture for new homeowners, so we all don’t spent tens of thousands of dollars down the line, because we just didn’t know what kind of maintenance a house need. If you are buying a house, David is the best and safest way to safeguard/screen your investment.
