  Jim Rhubart and Munz roofing were more than awesome!! Bryan, Chris, Eric and Billy were excellent in communicating every step of the way! Especially with their professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable experience thruout! The garage roof was perfectly completed with no hiccups whatsoever and at a very good price! The team actually took the time to leave the garage surrounding yard looking much nicer then it actually was and even went above and beyond to throw out some misc materials we were gonna get rid of. Now thats customer service. I highly recommend them and look forward to doing more business with them in the near future. It's always a pleasure to work with a company that goes above and beyond the scope of work and including follow up. Thank you Rhubart and Munz roofing!!

  We chose roofing, siding, skirting and gutter replacement. The total package cost was extremely reasonable. Many thanks to our Sales Representative, Connor B who was super patient, and professional. Project Manager (PM), Billy was just that - provided solid timelines working through the hot/rainy days. Could not have asked for a better PM, service or communications through the entire process!

  George my sales rep was great! He explained everything, no surprises. In fact, I didn’t even get a second quote since I was so impressed with his presentation. I think that’s unusual not shopping around, especially on such an important project as a roof. Billy the project manager was very attentive from start to finish, crew put in long days and were hard workers. Eric from the office was also attentive, did a great job scheduling, and was very flexible. This is a first-class operation!

  I requested a quote for gutters and gutters only. From the beginning, I made it very clear that while I am aware my roof is older and will likely need to be replaced at some point in the future, I was not interested in discussing roof replacement at this time. Unfortunately, the appointment felt more like a roof sales presentation than a gutter consultation. Despite repeatedly explaining that I was only looking for a gutter quote, the salesperson continuously tried to persuade me to replace my roof. As a new homeowner who has been in the house for less than two weeks and is already facing numerous unexpected expenses, I found this extremely frustrating. What concerned me even more was the pricing. The initial roof quote was over $15,000, but after a phone call to a manager, the price suddenly dropped to approximately $8,400. When a quote can be reduced by thousands of dollars within minutes, it raises legitimate questions about how the original price was determined. To make matters worse, I received another call shortly after 8:30 a.m. the next morning asking to come back out with a drone to take photos of my roof. Again, I was not seeking a roof replacement quote and had already made that clear during the original appointment. I understand that companies may want to offer additional services, but there is a difference between informing a customer of available options and repeatedly pushing services they have already declined. I was looking for a straightforward gutter estimate and instead felt pressured into discussing a major roofing project I never requested. Based on my experience, the sales approach was far too aggressive for my comfort level.

  From our first contact with James and the following onsite evaluation, to Eric scheduling the project, to Buddy’s quality control inspection and working with Buddy daily throughout the project, to Phil organizing behind the scene, to working with Valdim and his crew, we had an exceptional experience. We have never worked with a contractor which such excellent communication. We knew what was happening throughout the process. Add to that how professional and accommodating everyone was, and we are totally satisfied with the end product and the experience. We fully recommend Jim Rhubart Roofing.
