- MGMichelle GJun 2, 20265.0We contracted with Adam Melonic and JMM-AEC to install an epoxy floor in our garage. 5 ⭐️’s all the way! We first reached out to Adam via email and then phone where he got a feel for what we were looking for, explained the process and provided us with material to help us learn about the product, how it is different from other DYI epoxy floors, and choices (which are numerous!) available to us. During our in person meeting, Adam provided detailed information, samples to aid our selection and pricing which was very fair. JMM-AEC was able to provide a schedule our installation for just a month or so after we made our choices. He was very flexible in working with our schedule. Installation was two days, as promised, followed by one day to install caulk in the concrete joints. The crew taped walls to protect those surfaces. The crew cleaned up after floor prep. One thing we noticed about Adams’s crew was how much they enjoyed each other and what they were doing. It was great to hear their banter and singing back and forth while they were working. That positive work ethic comes from the top down. Adam told us that his crew has been with him for a long time! The new surface looks exactly like the sample we selected and has turned our garage into an additional living space! Adam came back after the installation to make sure all was good. We would definitely recommend Adam and his team’s services for future projects!

Nope! All we ask is that you clear the space out and remove any items you want to keep dust-free. Everything else, we cover with plastic for protection.
