Select's commercial buildings are of a wide spectrum, ranging from gas stations to retail stores. Some of the most recent projects include Creation Academy Preschool, in Woolwich, New Jersey, Assumption Church Rectory in Berlin, New Jersey; offices and testing facilities for PSE&G, a utility company, in Winslow, New Jersey; and a pre-K and kindergarten school for the Camden Archdiocese in Atco, New Jersey.

- RSRon StraubApr 1, 20245.0My home was built in 2014 by select modular. At that time I was totally pleased with the efforts of the Select Modular Team. I am still totally pleased with my home today. They build a home to last, with great care and attention to what is needed to construct a quality home.
- BDBREAKTHROUGH (with Dr. D)Mar 5, 20241.0“Select Modular...started off great..except when seam of floors in Living room and bedroom.Tony is a One man show..hes constantly on the go.so he would work us into his schedule , so we would make a list of things that needed repair or touching up...untill the seam on floor was right on top of seam where the 2 boxes meet.well after a dozen times he came once a week trying different things but to no Avail ...So now when we call they don't answer the phone.There was talk about if they can't fix it they might have to put a new floor down.So they don't want to eat the cost of the floor , but they expect us pay to fix their screwup.They had better come up with a plan or end up in court. Below is photo of contract.with Home Buyers Warranty...down to 1 star. Sorry but you should Stand behind your product...Julia you signed it.
