  I had a wonderful experience with Ace Handyman Services. The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly calm and courteous throughout the entire project. They completed beautiful tile work in my bathroom with great attention to detail, and they also helped tackle several small home projects that had been sitting on my to-do list for years. Everything was completed efficiently and with excellent craftsmanship. It’s such a relief to finally have those lingering projects finished! I truly appreciate their reliability, quality of work, and positive attitude. I highly recommend Ace Handyman Services to anyone looking for skilled professionals who take pride in what they do.

  I used Ace handyman services in 2023 for landscape lighting installation. While the installation was completed, I was not fully satisfied with the final result because I felt the lights could have been better along my pathway. I called with my concerns and spoke with the manager at the time Jenna on August 30 2023 at approximately 8:49 AM. During this conversation, she offered me $100 credit toward a future job and stated that the credit would not expire. I appreciated that gesture and considered the matter resolved. Fast forward to 2026 my landscape lights stopped working. I contacted Ace and spoke with Michelle about scheduling a service appointment. I mentioned $100 credit that I have been promised to me in 2023. Michelle told me they had records of my original job but I could not find any record of the credit. She said she would investigate and get back to me. unfortunately, I never received a follow up call or update. Since my Service appointment was scheduled for the following day I still have not heard back. I decided to cancel the appointment and hire another contractor. My disappointment is not just about the credit itself, but that a promise to me by management appears not to have been documented and that no one followed up as promised. I hope Ace handyman services improves its recordkeeping and customer communications so future customers have a better experience.

  I recently used Ace Handyman Service to install a new light fixture and complete some surrounding repairs, and I could not be happier with the results. The entire process was seamless right from the start—scheduling was super easy, and I was able to get someone out to my house as early as the very next day. Shawn P. arrived and did an absolute stellar job. He was highly professional, took his time to ensure everything was done correctly, and delivered top-notch quality work. I will definitely be using this service again in the future and would be happy to have Shawn handle our upcoming projects!

  By early this year I had amassed a long and varied list of small but important home maintenance issues that needed to be addressed from doors that wouldn't lock to adding sealant and insulation to stop drafts. I called Ace Handyman Services and couldn't have had a better experience or results. I got an estimate of the cost and a handyman. Sergio proved to know what to do to fix the wide variety of problems. He was also neat, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. Michele who handles the booking and paperwork was also great. When I have another Handyman to-do list I will not hesitate to call Ace and ask for Sergio.

  Melvin R. showed up 5 minutes early with a great attitude. He repaired hanging aluminum siding flashing & then repaired a stucco wall which had cracks & patches missing. He kept me updated throughout as to the progress & had great attention to detail, even using white screws to match the flashing & making my stucco wall look brand new. Highly recommend!
