  Ryan was awesome. He came out with an hour, was super professional and courteous, and fixed our issue on the spot. He provided different options based on pricing and his recommendation which worked first try. Thank you Ryan and zoom drain!!!!!

  Excellent service and very knowledgeable team. I had a complicated sewer leak that would require digging through my slab normally but they were able to provide a solution that avoided any damage to my home. I would definitely recommend them to others.

  This is a company that cares only about their profit and nothing else! I had a clogged drain and contacted Zoom. The technician, Joe, did a phenomenal job and worked nearly all day battling tree roots. And he, himself, deserves 10 stars!! But I am giving only 1 because of the company itself. At the end of the service (around 5 pm) I was offered a $19,000 permanent repair with a $1,000 credit for something I had paid that day. I said I need time to contact my insurance. Less than 24 hrs later I talked to Zoom with the good news that I do have sewer line insurance asking for the repair and the 1k credit. And I was told I was too late. Apparently to get the credit you have to decide on the spot. I cannot decide to spend 19k just like that on the spot without time to think or call my insurance. So they practically said “Too bad”. At that point I had no choice but to find another company to do the same repair. I wish zoom had at least a 24-hr time to decide grace period for the credit. Companies that only see dollar signs and not people don’t deserve customers in my opinion.

  I was concerned about possble blockage in one of my drain pipes. I called Zoom Drain & got scheduled with an appt within minutes. They were at my house first thing the next morning. The tech took videos & pictures of everything he did. He seemed very knowledgeable & gave me suggestions on how to resolve my issue in the most affordable way. I would definitely recommend.

  This is one of the happiest day of my life, really! Joe, the young man who did the work and just turned 19, was the friendliest, most educated, informative helpful and polite professional I have ever dealt with really and did an extremely thorough job. I have been snaking my line for the past two years, having to take my toilet on and off. I am so relieved it’s over. He was smart, experienced, and advised me with the best way possible to solve the problem that I was dealing with. We went under my crawlspace together and inspected everything that I’ve been dealing with and he showed me some other options that I didn’t see before. He dug out a 10 foot section in my yard by himself and found other roots that I could not see by using his camera and GPS. Joe also insured that the dirt was placed in the proper place and it was easy for me to fix the landscaping when he was done. I would have fixed this myself, but it would not have stopped the problem if he had not told me - this saving me sweat, blood and tears. I could never have found such an honest, trustworthy and respectable person/company to help our issue. So grateful we saw your sign in Birchwood Lakes and made the call. We couldn’t be more grateful and satisfied with the job and the price that was provided. Plus, it is very hard to find a company that comes out and gives you a free quote. Thank you, Zoom Drain for my families relief in this time of stress! I recommend this company to everybody and anybody that has a line issue.
