From start to finish, I didn't love the process, the service was unfortunate as the salesperson left and then the order not placed or forgotten. I had to follow up with multiple people to figure out why the order wasn't placed. Once the insert was shipped, it was damaged so we had to wait again. Incredibly frustrated all around.
