Alison in the office was available each time I called. She was polite and caring as I stressed over the water damage to my home. Martin and his son came in and to fix the ceiling. They patched and painted it so well, I can't tell where the damage was. Lol Last but not least. Dave came in from Fuzzy and installed the livingroom and both set of stairs in 1 day...all by himself. Omg this guy had removed the carpet, and padding from the living room and BOTH stair cases , carted everything out and swepted up the debris in less than an hour. I was trying to take pics because I am so sentimental but I quickly realized that if I blinked, I would miss it. Lol All in all kudos to the entire crew at Quality Home Remedies. I highly recommend them! Mary
