CBM always response in a timely fashion. Today they serviced our on demand hot water heater. It was a complex problem and they contacted the manufacturer directly. And, resolve your issues. So good to have hot water again.

CBM was a life saver. Carl and his son explained everything in depth and answered all my questions and concerns. My air conditioner stopped working the day before I left for vacation and they sent someone out early to check the issue and were able to have me up and running the day I came back. They were fast, efficient, and very trustworthy. They were able to get my valve changed and my coil cleaned at a rate that didn’t have me crying!
