  I recently had a home inspected that I was interested in buying and Albert did a great job. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and explained things to me very clearly. He was great to work with and very professional. He is someone I can trust and that is hard to come by these days. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good home inspector if you're looking to buy a new home. Very pleased

  I just wanna say Albert was great! He even came out 30 mins prior to the property before scheduled time and started inspecting. Very cool and straight forward guy. What’s even better is, you are working directly with the owner of the company!! No delays very detailed inspections!

He was incredibly thorough and paid close attention to every detail, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. The turnaround time for the report was impressively fast, and everything was clearly organized and easy to understand.   Albert performed a home inspection on a property that I am purchasing. He was thorough checking all the nooks, cranies, and hardware as well as used tools such as a drone to get an advanced and comprehensive look at the home. He gathered and presented a large amount of data in a very timely fashion, I had the report in my hands the same day as the inspection. Albert took the time to explain things that stood out to him and I should pay attention to. He was quick and happy to answer all my questions before, during and after the inspection. Gave me recommendations for what to do and who is rated well in the area to do the work, as well as easy solutions I could do myself. B-Sure to give Albert a call for your next home inspection!

  Albert went above any beyond with his inspection. I was bidding on a foreclosed home and needed an inspection set up the very next day and he was able to not only accommodate my tight schedule but sent the report to me the same day. The attention to detail in his report and photos were incredible and gave us the confidence to bid on the home knowing exactly what we were getting. Even after he sent the report over - he reached out and said to call him with any questions or concerns and even followed up to make sure we had all the information we need. Truly from start to finish we had a great experience with his communication, his services and his business. We will absolutely be using his services only moving forward!
