  Albert is accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly extremely thorough. He took plenty of time to show me issues and observations with the house and recommended how I could approach getting further evaluation for bigger ticket items like stucco on homes. Every step of the way from pre-inspection questions to day of inspections and even up to a week or two after inspections, Albert answered all my questions. He truly just wanted the best outcome for my family and I. There is a reason he doesn’t have a non-5 Star Review! Lastly, my realty company was so impressed that B Sure Home Inspection Services is now on their list of inspectors they trust.

  He is awesome at his job and is very through. He pointed out all the flaws the home I was considering purchase had and any possible expenses we might have had to pay. He also had a drone that he used to look at the roof for a closer indepth picture that really outlined the damage it had. I appreciate his hard work and if you are a first time buyer he is easy to work with.

  Hands down the best inspector, I’m a first time home buyer and he made sure I was aware of everything he could discover. He went above and beyond to ensure I knew what I was buying. I was able to speak to him during and after the inspection about my doubts and concerns. He isn’t there just to get paid and leave he actually cares about his work and it shows. I highly recommend his services.

  I had a fantastic experience with Albert during the inspection of my new townhouse. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything he found in a way that was easy to understand. He patiently answered all of my questions, offered helpful advice, and made sure I felt informed throughout the entire process. Albert was also very responsive from start to finish, which made scheduling and communication effortless. On top of that, he delivered the inspection report the very same day, allowing me to move forward quickly with confidence. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough, taking the time to inspect every detail of the home with exceptional care and attention. What really stood out was his incredible attention to detail. He took the time to ensure he captured all of the finer details that would normally be missed or glossed over. This gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. On top of that, I received a comprehensive, easy-to-read inspection report the very same day which is incredible. The report was organized, detailed, and included helpful photos and explanations, making it an invaluable resource as I moved forward with my home purchase. Moreover, he also cares for Veterans and even provided a discount via giftcard after learning I was one. This was a kind gesture and something I was not expecting.
