- GMGregory Maxwell4 days ago5.0We rented a truck out of Braintree MA and the starter motor stopped doing its job. But we were in Princeton New Jersey with a team of high school rowers. United took care of us and we weren’t stranded. Joe came out in a service truck within a couple of hours, used a few choice words, swapped out the started, and took care of us. I am very impressed with their system and their dedication to their customers. We just rent one truck from them, so we are a tiny customer, yet they came out on a Saturday and solved our problem. Thank you United and Thank you Joe! You saved the day!
