  Wanted this to work out with central jersey generator but unfortunately wasn’t able to even make it past the estimation process. Called the first time to get an estimate and spoke with Carlos. I was told the estimator would be reaching out that afternoon. Never heard from them. Called back again and spoke with Carlos. I was told again that the estimator would reach out to by the end of the day. Once again never heard from them. Let it ride over the weekend and followed up for the 3rd time. Got the same response from Carlos “I’ll see my estimator in the morning and have him reach out to you tomorrow.” I politely asked if he would actually be reaching out this time because after all it was third time of getting the same response with no action and I genuinely want to pursue this project. After only asking a simple question, Carlos said “yeah you can find somebody else” and hung up on me. To tell someone you’re going to call them back and not do so on multiple occasions is unprofessional in itself, but to hang up on a potential customer as if I did something wrong when I was giving them the courtesy of following up is egregiously unprofessional to say the least. The whole encounter was honestly shocking that people conduct business like this. As a business owner myself, I could never imagine doing this to someone for no reason at all.

  I can say only the best things about Central Jersey generators.They installed and serviced my parents generator for years with no issues. In their later years I helped them manage household items. There was one time that the generator had an issue and I contacted Carlos. Despite the fact that my mom forgot to renew her maintenance, he came immediately. My father always said they run a good business and Carlos is a good honest guy. I agree. Its hard to find service like this today.

  Central Jersey Generators installed a 38kw Kohler Generator at my home. I couldn't be more happy with the process from start to finish. Maintenance team is always prompt as well. Thank you guys.

  These guys are awesome. I was dealing with another company who became unresponsive and disappeared. After working with Carlos, Matt and Chris, I knew I was in good hands. They installed a standby Generac generator without any issues and passed all inspections on the first attempt. All I can say is if you're in the market for a generator or maintenance, and don't want to get the runaround, give these guys a call.
