  I want to give a big shout out to George Coulter Plumbing and Heating! I had a sewer line break in my home. It required a break up on the concrete in my TV room, repair of the break and addressing the additional problems that came along. They coordinated with a GC for the installation of a new floor as well. They were AMAZING....always on time, polite, and kept the dust to a minimum. They worked on the project like it was their house. I would 100% recommend them.

  Called them up for grease trap issue at the cafe, they came out within 10 mins. Found the issue and fixed it fast. While there had them fix another piping issue. They work very clean and are very honest. They are now my first to contact with any plumbing issue going forward. I highly recommend them!

  Office staff is responsive and helpful. The plumber that came on-site (Kevin) did a great job with pipe replacement and installation of new kitchen plumbing.

  Did it get fixed - Yes Was it competitively priced - Yes Did it take too long - Yes Called in for tankless hot water heater repair, service was Friday AM - after descaling of unit, tech on site did not check the hot water afterwards - this is inexplicable George came to my house Friday night after I begged the office for help - Because there was still a problem! He evaluated everything and assured me there was no issue - I apologized for bringing him out after hours for nothing Guess what, there was still no hot water! Now it's Monday - return visit to evaluate the unit - Surprise!!! It needs a flow sensor and check valve George and a tech came back out to my house Tuesday AM - parts installed, I am given the "Resolved" notification - but they didn't check for hot water, so they turned around and went back to my house... Finally, the repair was in fact verified as complete and correct Bottom line - I paid a lot of money to be without hot water for 4 days, this should have been fixed in a few hours or at least same day - I feel as if I financed on the job training for the plumbers, who didn't listen to me, the customer ***UPDATE TO THE RESPONSE I didn't know I still didn't have hot water over the weekend - I told you I was OUT OF TOWN George - we spoke on Friday night and you acknowledged that I told you that Kevin performed the service AND TOLD ME HE DID NOT CHECK FOR HOT WATER AFTER THE SERVICE I told you I didn't have hot water consistently, and I told you there were no error codes The original service was Friday morning - and if you would simply had Kevin check for hot water before he left after the service, there would not have been consistent hot water - and that is when you should have had Kevin call Navien - on Friday, not Monday We talked about the known issue of inconsistent hot water and no error codes, that's not the end all be all Did I call you back to spend more money than I needed to? No, I called you back because the problem wasn't fixed I'm not the plumber - you are and you didn't do a good job You gave me a quote, you took too long to fix it, I paid the bill in full, and wrote the review - that's what happened

  Possibly the best experience I’ve ever had with a home service provider. Fixed us up for less than 1/2 the $ I had in my head! Nice, professional, conscientious… we were “dead in the water” no pun, and they had us back in business in less than three hours from my call. This was my first time dealing with them and they made me feel like I was their best customer for years.
