  10/10. I had a great sales experience with Bovio Rubino. The whole interaction was seamless. Thank you to the install coordinator who went the extra mile. My install team & driver were awesome too. Highly recommend.

  I got a new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater installed with these guys a few years back. These guys rip you off with their service plans. I paid about $500 for service last year. They did not change the air filter, Did not clear the P-trap, and now I’m paying for a contactor after only three years installed. If you get an HVAC system or anything installed with them, They give you a warranty, but only if you pay for their overpriced service visits. Would not recommend this company

  The entire process from the original estimate to installation was wonderful. Each person I talked with whether in my home or on the phone were helpful, courteous and professional. I was especially pleased with Peter and Zorza the technicians who did the actual installation. Both did excellent work, were personable, on time and thorough.

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Chris is hands down one of the best plumbing technicians I’ve ever worked with. From the moment he showed up, he was professional, respectful, and clearly knew his craft inside and out. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond. He didn’t just fix the issue—he took the time to explain everything, made sure the work was done the right way, and even checked on things that weren’t part of the original job just to make sure everything was running perfectly. You can tell Chris takes pride in his work. Clean, efficient, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and dedicated these days. If you get Chris for your service call, you’re in great hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Truly a 10/10 experience.
