  A Bovio customer for the last 13 years, pay for an annual $369 silver maintenance plan to get the A/C serviced in the spring and the heat in the fall. Called in April for the A/C service. They came in September! The original date they gave me in April was for July--and they canceled on me a day before and said there was nothing until September. And did not want to do the heating service while here because they want me to give them another $369+. Clearly do not prioritize customers that have already paid for the service in advance. Tuning up my AC for the season in September is not really helpful...feels like the company has lost a step since merging with another. If you can't provide the service a customer has paid for--just say so and give back the money.

  I would not and could not recommend Bovio-Rubino, Their pricing for new equipment and service is significantly higher than their competitor's. So please get three pricing quotes, for any new equipment and or service. Also Bovio-Rubino service agreements do not cover the major problems you may experience. Do your research, you will be glad you did. I was a customer over the years until my system broke-down. I lost all trust in Bovio-Rubin, when i was told my system could not be repaired and a large part of my system would have to be replaced or purchase a whole new system. This was in spite of me having their Platinum (highest/best) service plan. I did my research and requested quotes from other vendors. The pricing from Bovio Rubino was significantly higher. Their competitors offered much lower pricing and great service.

  Chris was awesome. He explained everything he was doing, potential issues and concerns and recommendations. He was polite and courteous. He knew his work and was very patient with us. Would definitely recommend him to friends. He upheld Bovio’s good standard of customer service. Thank you.

  We were having issues with our new unit, so it was unusual and confusing. Ricardo talked me through it on the phone before he came out so he really understood what was going on before he came, then in a series of 2 more visits he diagnosed the problem and spent all day making sure it was fixed so we had our AC back in a heat wave. Ricardo single-handedly earned these 5 stars for Bovio Rubino!!!

  Zarza Ramos is a technition for Bovio Rubino. He installed a new Carrier AC unit and did a very commendable job. There were some installation (cosmetic) issues with the outside unit that I was not happy with. The company had Zarza come back and fix the issues—wrong size pad and incorrect placement of stones. He had nothing to do with those issues but his expertise was needed to reconnect the unit and make sure everything was operating correctly. A very pleasant and cooperative young man who was a pleasure to deal with. My installation is complete and I am very happy with it and the coordinated efforts to get my issues resolved. I highly recommend Bovio Rubino and their technition Zarza Ramos.
