Kay’s Affordable HVAC&R provided a great experience with my installation. My home is over 100 years old, which can present its fair share of challenges, particularly with a multi-zone system. Luis, the project lead, and the team did an excellent job navigating those complexities, demonstrating professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail throughout the process. They worked efficiently, kept the project running smoothly, and delivered high-quality results. I’m very pleased with their work and would highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Juan when he came out to diagnose our HVAC unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the system and explain what was going on. I really appreciated that he didn’t rush through the appointment and made sure all of my questions were answered. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this kind of service in the future.

I highly recommend Kay’s affordable HVCR&R I have a problem with the boiler water feeder. The technician Juan is very knowledgeable and honest person, he tested the water feeder a few times to make sure that it was not working properly before he proceeded to replace.then he installed the new one and the boiler is working properly again. The price was very good not surprised or trying to sell you things that you don’t need like some other companies. I appreciate and I will definitely will use your services in the future Thank you

KShawn and his team delivered outstanding service from start to finish. They arrived on time, walked me through several options, and ultimately helped me choose a mini‑split and vent combo, easily the best decision I could have made. The entire installation process was smooth and handled with true professionalism. Over the four days of work, the team kept drilling to a minimum, covered beds and belongings whenever they entered the bedrooms, and cleaned up before leaving each day. Kay, Luis, and the whole crew were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
