  Dan provided excellent service —thorough, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He serviced our commercial space efficiently, explained everything clearly. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service, and Dan was exactly that. Highly recommend!

  Luis and his team were great. They installed central AC and mini splits in our home. They worked very hard and very quickly. They were very clean and respectful and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable and fair price. Mr. Kashawn, the business owner, is a great guy and helped us out big time. He is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with and kept us informed every step of the way. We are new to the area but they will be our go-to HVAC company from here on out. Cannot recommend them enough.

  I never write a review but with this company I had too I called different companies for quotes and they were charging ridiculous prices Kay’s was the only company with fair prices They very professional and provided a very good service I highly recommend this company

  I had a great experience with Kay’s Affordable! The response time was fantastic, and their pricing was unbeatable. Kay was exceptional, coming out multiple times to address all of my concerns before the work even began. The crews—Luis and Nick, as well as Jose and Gabriel—were true professionals. They were efficient and made sure to thoroughly clean up the work areas before leaving. Highly recommend their services!!
