  My air cond on first floor went out. First I called Russo Bros. Who charged $190 for diagnosis. Tech said $2,000 to test for a leak or alternative was replacement. Second company, AJ PERRI, said close to $4K to replace one capacitor and add coolant to both units. Or, $15 to $30K to replace one or both units. Service call was $60. I called Kay’s next. Their tech said coolant levels were fine. Replaced both capacitors for a total of $600. Service call fee was credited toward my bill. My house is cool again. There is only one company I will call going forward: Kay’s Affordable.

  I have used Kays Affordable HVAC for the last 2 years for a couple of installations I needed done with ceiling cassette installation and maintenance at my house and I have to say im pretty happy with their installation work that they did to my house and their dedication to problem solving being on time and cleaning up after job is done. I highly recommend them!

  Kay's Affordable HVAC exceeded every expectation. Communication with Kay was great from the initial estimate through scheduling, and the pricing was transparent, with no surprises. Javier and his team handled the installation and clearly knew their craft, answering my questions patiently and working efficiently. They took real care with my home, leaving the workspace spotless.   Our company suddenly had an issue with our HVAC system, and Kay came quickly to take care of it. The following week, he also performed a detailed inspection and maintenance. Thanks to him, we’ve been able to stay cool through this terrible summer. Highly recommended!

  I had a great experience with Kay’s HVAC! They serviced my central air conditioning system and did an excellent job from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they were doing.
