- SYSchera Young5 days ago4.0I have used this company before. They are always professional and do wonderful work. My only reason for a 4 rating instead of a 5 is because they replaced my kitchen faucet and sprayer with a Glacier Bay faucet. It's Home Depot's "budget" brand and I'd much rather have a Delta or Moen (like what I had) which would've been about $20 more at Home Depot. The difference in quality was noticeable when I turned on the water (handle felt looser or less sturdy and the sprayer had white plastic and chrome mix). The feel of it was off-putting. As the cost to replace it was about $270, I would have liked to have had a Delta model installed for greater peace of mind regarding longevity. I just hope that it lasts as long as my Delta faucet did (10+ years). Overall, this company continues to offer excellent customer service and professionalism. They clean up thoroughly by wiping up any water and smudges. A great plumbing service that I will continue to use in the future!

They then went to the shop to pick up the necessary part and repaired my hot water heater the same evening. I was extremely satisfied with their service. They worked efficiently, professionally, and left everything clean, which gave me great peace of mind. Their pricing was also fair and much more reasonable than the company that came out yesterday. I highly recommend them.
