My wife and bought our first home 14 years ago, and we contracted A&J to replace the former owner's hideous blood-red carpet with new vinyl wood-look flooring, and they did a great job for a fair price.
Fast-forward 12 years (2 yrs ago), 3 dogs, and 2 children later, and our once-beautiful vinyl flooring was starting to look a little beat up. So, we called A&J back and had them replace it all with even newer, more-advanced, higher-quality, vinyl wood-look flooring. After all, they had given us a fair price, and did a great job with a quick and easy install originally.
Again, we were given a fair price, and the install was quick, easy, and looked fantastic. That was 2 years ago. Fast-forward to today. Our children have gotten bigger and rowdier, and our sub-floor certainly hasn't gotten any stronger. Needless to say, but a few pieces of our now 2-year old vinyl flooring had shifted/slid about 1/4" to a 1/2" in 3 separate places throughout the house. In addition, a highly-trafficked area had 2 pieces that had cracked/broken right at the spot where they joined together. And, I just so happened to have 2 full spare pieces of flooring leftover in the basement from the install 2 years ago.
So, I called A&J back up, explained who I was (loyal customer), and my situation as described above. They had me email some photos showing exactly what was going on, and then scheduled to have a couple of their guys come out only 2 days later and repair all of it for FREE!
Today is that 2 days later, and their crew just left my house. They were here early, worked professionally, and were inside my house for less than 45 minutes. Our floors now look 100% brand new again! My wife and I couldn't be happier with our decision to go with A&J those 14 long years ago, or since. They certainly were NOT obliged to do these minor repairs for free given the timeline and circumstances, but they did so anyways. THAT is why YOU should choose A&J for your flooring needs.
