  This company broke the mold when it came to customer service. Ana, the office manager, was a pleasure to deal with. The installers showed up on time and the price was what they quoted me initially. Very reasonable, very professional and customer focused. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future!

  Great experience with Cook’s Glass and Mirror. Professional and courteous from the lovely lady who answered the phone and my questions to the gentleman who came to home to provide an estimate for a single cracked window. Fairly priced. I had my replacement window within three weeks installed quickly and with no mess to my home. This company is the best in the Princeton area for glass and mirror needs.

  Nothing has changed. We had Cook's replace our rear storm door after the great job they did on the front door a few years ago. Once again, the team is very prompt and professional and the craftsmanship is excellent. I highly recommend Cook's.

  What a hidden gem. I wish I found them years ago. Brought in a window to be fixed. Less than 24 hours later it was done and at a great price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

  Wonderful service! 10/10 highly recommend! From scheduling on the phone, to measuring, to installation, Cooks Glass made the process easy. My new panes look amazing, and Bob, who installed them, gladly answered many questions from my 11 year old as he worked. Thank you!
