  We purchased carpeting & LVP flooring from Aromaz Home in Hamilton. Kevin in sales was awesome to work with! He helped us pick out great products, within our planned budget & provided wonderful communication. Chino was professional, polite & thorough for the measuring appt. The installation crews for both carpeting & flooring did excellent jobs. Such professional work, so well done & great cleanup job when done too! Would definitely recommend using Aromaz.

  Our project completed by Aroma'z is excellent! Orlando, Ricardo, and their group made fast and terrific work on floors in most of the house. Christopher and the paint team matched them! Additional thanks to Gabriel for the scheduling and Alan for all of the help in the store. 10/10.

  Leo and his son painting three rooms in our house. They were wonderful, came on time, moved furniture and appliances and covered doors and the floor with plastic. They took care with the painting, no drips or splatters of paint on the doors or floor. There were three different colors for the ceilings, walls and trim. All of the lines were straight. They were also polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. We were very happy with the results of their hard work. We cannot praise them enough and would definitely use their painting skills again.

  I visited Aroma'z in Hamilton, NJ a few days ago with the hope of purchasing some tile for my kitchen floor. Upon arrival I noticed a few salespeople but was greeted by Josh Byrem. Josh seemed pleasant and helpful initially. After describing what I was looking for he pulled out a few options and put them to the side. He suggested I pick a few more and then we could discuss cost and square footage needs upfront. As I continued to look another customer came in and he went to assist them and said he'd be right back. Needless to say, after about 10 mins, I was done with my selections, but Josh was nowhere to be found. I did see a couple other salespeople that walked by me and offered no assistance but not Josh. I continued to look some more but once 20 mins passed and still no Josh, I walked towards the front of the store to see what was going on. I found Josh sitting at his desk with that same customer that arrived after me. It was like he had absolutely no intention of ever coming back to where I was or sending someone else to assist me. Josh gave no apology or explanation for not returning to help me. His only response was: "Did you take your pics?". I wasn't there just to take pics...I replied yes and then stated: "If I had known you were going to be a while I could have scheduled another time to meet with you". To that he had no response and just gave me his card. I left feeling very frustrated after having selected tile that I liked yet I still didn't know the cost or was able to share details of my project. This was the worse display of customer service I have ever experienced. Clearly Josh needs some serious customer service training. I'm glad I didn't spend more time or money on a company that seems to care so little for customers or potential customers.

  I had a great experience with Aromaz Flooring from start to finish. The entire process—from selecting the flooring with Matthew to the final installation—was professional, smooth, and stress-free. The measurement team (Chino and Santiago) was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and helped me choose the perfect flooring for my home. The installation crew (Jaime, Dario and Gerardo) arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to every detail. Their craftsmanship was excellent, and they left everything clean when the job was complete. The finished floors look amazing and have completely transformed the space. I highly recommend Aromaz Flooring to anyone looking for quality products, outstanding customer service, and expert installation. I couldn't be happier with the results!
