From the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me. Danny took the time to answer every question I had and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. He never made me feel rushed and made sure I understood all of my options before moving forward. His knowledge and expertise were impressive, but what stood out even more was how genuinely helpful and attentive he was throughout the entire experience. It is not often that you come across someone who combines such extensive knowledge with outstanding customer service.   I had a great experience with Genius Home Repairs on my roofing project from start to finish. The project manager was helpful and easy to work with, and the crew did a great job. I also really appreciated the thorough cleanup afterward. Everyone involved helped make the whole experience a positive one. The roof looks great, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out.   If you are considering new window installation or James Hardie cement board siding, do your homework and think carefully before hiring this company. Our experience was a month-long nightmare from start to finish. During the window installation, the crew overcut several window openings, leaving such large gaps that my husband had to install significant pieces of sheetrock inside our home to repair the damage. One of the replacement windows also arrived broken, and we had to wait an unreasonably long time for a replacement. The cleanup after the siding installation was poor, and we continually found debris left behind. To make matters worse, the salesperson made promises that were never delivered and appeared to lack sufficient knowledge about the products and installation process. One important piece of advice: read the contract carefully and do not rely solely on verbal assurances. When I asked the company to correct the large gaps caused by the window installation, I was told they would not because it was "not in the contract." Frankly, I do not believe homeowners should need contract language stating that window openings should not be overcut in the first place. Another issue involved the exterior trim. The company planned to install aluminum trim over our expensive James Hardie cement board siding. When I questioned this, I was told that cement board trim was not included in the contract and would be an additional charge. This should have been clearly explained by the salesperson during the quoting process. Had we known, we would have obtained additional estimates from contractors specializing in James Hardie products. After considerable back-and-forth, the company eventually agreed to install the cement board trim. Perhaps the most concerning issue was that the salesperson claimed the company was listed among the top James Hardie installers and appeared on the James Hardie website. After doing my own research, I discovered that was not true. The company was not listed at all. My recommendation is simple: get multiple estimates, verify all claims independently, and choose a company with proven experience specializing in James Hardie siding installations. I wish we had.

  I cannot say enough great things about Danny! From start to finish, he was absolutely amazing to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. What impressed me most was how well Danny knew his stuff. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I completely understood my options instead of ever making me feel rushed. You can immediately tell when someone truly knows what they’re doing AND actually cares about helping the customer, and Danny is definitely one of those people. His customer service was exceptional, and he made the entire experience so much easier and more enjoyable than I expected. It’s rare to come across someone who is this knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and willing to put in the extra effort. Danny is an absolute asset to the company and deserves to be recognized for the level of service he provides. I would happily recommend him to anyone and would absolutely ask for him again in the future. Thank you, Danny, for being so incredibly helpful and for providing a true 5-star experience
