  I honestly have to say, I considered leaving a bad review but after speaking with Carl I changed my mind. He and his representatives go above and beyond to have us understand the ins and outs of what due process is. Thank you for exhibiting great professionalism, poise and the true meaning of customer service.

  The best experience I’ve ever had dealing with a huge project. I had my entire house re sided with James Hardy. The project manager was great. The install manager was great. The painter (Danny) went above and beyond and made sure that I was 100 percent satisfied. He touched up every little blemish and made the job perfect. Danny was the consummate professional who made sure to stay in touch with me throughout the project. I was very worried about such a huge project but everyone I dealt with made me feel confident and the finished project is amazing.

  I canceled my appointment before the scheduled visit. Despite the cancellation, the representative (Geo) still came to my home and asked if he could take pictures of the area. Trying to be courteous, I briefly allowed him to take a few pictures and then explained that the appointment had been canceled, I am busy and asked him to leave. Instead of leaving, he continued taking pictures, walked around the house, and brought out a ladder to access higher areas without my permission. When I asked him a second time to stop accessing my property and leave, he continued discussing the company's products and services and repeatedly tried to schedule another appointment. When I explained that I needed to leave to pick up a family member, he asked where I was going and whom I was picking up. I felt those questions were unrelated to the appointment and made me uncomfortable. I have never had a similar experience with any other company. Based on this interaction, I chose not to move forward with their services.

  Ali and Casey did an excellent job in explaining things in simple terms on how my roofing and roofing ventilation should work and why my roof needs ventilation and replacement. They made things smoothly especially with my solar panels and other requests with my skylights in my roof. It took them roughly 8 hours to complete the removal and replacement of the roof that day while it took 4 hours to reinstall my solar panels in my roof. So far no problems with my roof. Despite not having enough pictures from before and after installation, I Highly recommend them for roofing repairs…:)

  Weather caused some delays on this siding project, Ivan and his team was extraordinary in communication, I would get an update almost like he was reading my mind. The crew didn’t do any talking, straight work! It was amazing to watch them, sincerely. With the tough timetable with the hours allowed to work in my community I truly am happy about the end result and how fluid it was. Again thank you to Ivan & Home Genius for my amazing transformation on my exterior!
