  We are very happy with the job they have done at our home. The pool deck looked like it had a terrible skin disease. Paint peeling all over no matter how hard we tried to fix it ourselves. We wasted over $800! Then a friend told us about New Castle and how happy they were. Gwen came out and told us all about their process. She was very detailed and super nice. We just had it done last week and it looks great. All of the workers (who I think are family) couldn't be nicer. We're hoping that this product does the job. I'll let you know in a year. Thank you New Castle Artisan!

  We had our driveway done by New Castle Artisan and we’re so happy with how it turned out. From the first time we met with Gwen, she really took her time explaining everything and going over our options so we felt comfortable with the whole process. The crew was great to work with — on time, professional, and clearly take pride in what they do. Paul even did the designs with us right there while we were watching, which really made us feel involved in the process. The driveway looks better than we could have ever expected and completely changed the look of our home. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and they did a great job cleaning up when they were done. We would definitely recommend New Castle Artisan to anyone thinking about getting concrete resurfacing done!

  good to excellent in all areas except: Had pool stamped concreate and they sanded down deck and had to work to prep edging around pool. so much dust and cemednt frafments ended up inpool. Caught one man with blower carelessly blowing deck clean blowing a lot of cement particals in pool. It has taken us a month to get pool clean. think they need to cover pool to prevent so much "crap" going in pool. Only reason not a 5 as did excellent, with satisfied results. Oh screens on caged cover with dust that we are still working on.

  We hired New Castle Artisans to resurface our existing patio, driveway and walk ways. Everyone that we dealt with was professional and courteous. The work that they did was exceptional. We have received so many compliments about the look of our driveway and sidewalks. We have had people delivering things to our home comment about how beautiful the driveway looks. I would highly recommend this company.
